One of those I wish I got the protection purchases...
Just one month after I purchased this headset it just spontaneously cuts out at random and occasionally I can hear audio artifacts like crackling. The sound is good and the microphone quality is good otherwise but am disappointed about the durability of this product. I've barely used them and seems like they are already on their last leg. Of course this started just after the 30 day return window :(. Super bummed. I don't understand why so many vendors are making these pos products that basically force people to get the insurance and then when they inevitably breakdown they don't repair these things 90% of the time, just chuck them into a landfill and give you another pos if you're lucky. It's not only bad for the environment but also just like dishonest. Why is every piece of electronics you get nowadays basically trash the second it leaves the store?

Head pinch
This is a good headset that is very easy to use. The ear pieces are large and comfortable. I recommend this headset in general, but with a couple of negative observations: (1) the spring in the part that goes over the head is too powerful for me, because after awhile, it pinches my head so much that my ears hurt; and (2) because I am hard of hearing, the volume control is not loud enough for me.

I wish it came with a protective case. The volume/mute controls should be located near the USB connector or it should be a lot smaller as the weight of the control is a little annoying. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.

Live Chat headset
The volume setting is very low. Even at the max, volume is still low. I will use it as a spare. I find myself straining too much to hear the customer.

It comfortably sits on your head and ears. But the only negative comment I some times hear from my clients that they detect noise. I am not sure if the noise they experience is from the environment they are in or the fun/AC running in my house

Awesome very comfortable.
From day home is has not let me down. Very comfortable and very easy to use. You have to be mindful of the volume control. East plug and play setup. Love the volume adjuster, works great for those that are soft spoken. Microphone works great, I have had meant great and sometimes extensive conversation with this headset. The best I have ever had, bar none.
