Bargain Powerhouse!

You can't go past this machine at the $1299 price point. Ultra fast in every aspect. Plenty of ventilation underneath and it isn't just for show, it is definitely a functional design. Yes, the screen bezel unit is not sturdy as other laptops, but I think it's an intelligent design as any sort of impact can be absorbed rather than a sturdy scren bezel impacting another object could potentially damage it. Besides, when are you going to play games and be moving at the same time? Updates needed for Windows and Rtx3060 drivers, so get them sorted out asap. Delete the numerous language packs of office to free up space and any other bloatware you do not need. The RGB keyboard looks cool when you first start it, but loses its allure after a minute. To borrow a phrase from a YouTube review, it's unicorn vomit, so change settings to your liking before performing your setup. Confirmed 240hz screen on the system info, but I haven't done any benchmarking yet. However, it does run Forza Horizon 5 in Ultra settings with no issues. You won't regret it.

AORUS 15P, a great gaming laptop at a great price

The AORUS 15P has performed wonderfully right out of the box. No issues or concerns. The fans do get noticeably noise when playing intensive games, but that's pretty much all gaming laptops, and honestly it's quieter than some others I have seen. Would definitely buy another AORUS machine in the future!

Aorus 15P

Pro: Just a no non-sense gaming laptop on the go. Cons: LCD screen is average. Good enough for on the go gaming I guess. The 2nd M.2 slot seems a little slow since it is sharing bandwidth with the main slot. Consider using an external SSD drive, it's super fast with USB 3.2.
