The Listec Teleprompters MZLT-1015PT 15" LED Z-PRO Prompter with Hood Assembly consists of a 15" vandal-resistant Enhanced Brightness LED flat-panel display, a wide-angle trapezoidal fold-down mirror/soft hood assembly and a Z-mount support system with a sliding camera plate.
It is designed mainly for use with Mini DV camcorders weighing up to 10 lbs (4.5 kg). Efficient placement of the camera and prompter over the pan head's balance point eliminates the need for rear counterbalance weights and provides multiple-adjustment options.
Ideal for studios and OB field operation and brightly lit areas, the Z-PRO MZLT-1012P Prompter has an XGA resolution of 1024 x 768, brightness of 1500 cd/m2, contrast ratio of 700:1 and a backlight life of 45,000 hours.
In addition to a horizontal viewing angle of 160deg., the wide-angle trapezoidal assembly allows for images to be viewed up to a distance of 20' (9.1 m) or more from the presenter and is compatible with lens having a focal length of 4.5mm or more.
Mini DV camcorders measuring up to 11" (275mm) from the lens mount to the camera back can be supported via the Z-mount support system. With a simple menu command, you can reverse the text to accurately reflect the prompter mirror and thus view the display in prompter mode. Manufactured in the USA, the prompter is RoHS (restriction of hazardous substances) compliant.
