This is a huge money saver for me. Now I can have 2TB of space for a fraction of the price. The ONLY down side is figuring out where to mount the device.

I use this with two 512 ssd drives. A crucial BX100 and a SanDisk 850 Evo pro (the recommended one). They both handle the Ursa at 4k @ 60 fps raw. I don't have the Ursa 4.6k, but I believe it requires dual card mode for that anyway. Build quality is decent... I actually expected more rugged cables and the power connection is quite loose. I typically gaff tape it to keep it secure. I have already notices a small separation in one of the dummy cfast card slots so you gotta be careful. I mount the device to the back of my vlock batteries using velcro strips.

You may recognize this device by a different name. Don't worry, it's the same high quality device they have been producing; but this new version of the CFast to SSD converter now supports dual SanDisk Extreme Pro SSDs as well as Samsung 850 Pro SSDs and up to 2TB per bay! In addition, the Atoch C2S allows you to plug 12V of power directly into the system. At the 2TB level, that's like placing sixteen (16) 256GB CFast cards in your camera all at the same time! This is why they call it a "Digital Bulk Loader." It's the 2016 version of a 100ft roll of 35mm film (but way less expensive than $2 per second of record time).
