This thing is a steal. So much fun and versatile!

I'm a guitar player who has been also dabbling with bass for years. I got one of the Ibanez GSRM20 (4-string) basses and loved it. The only thing I wished it had was 5-strings, and then I found this. This one totally delivers. It sounds and plays great. These pickups are different than the ones on the 4-string and I really like these. This is a steal and I play and record with it regularly. The only drawbacks are: - On the Low B, the tension is a little loose so I kind of have to play lighter than usual to avoid fret/string buzz, but it's worth it. - Only 1 color! Gloss black is great and it does look great, but I would love some choices like the 4-string version, including matte. - Playing when sitting, gets a bit of neck dive, but it's not a problem really and it goes away standing up using a strap.
