Does just what I wanted it to do!

What I didn't know was that the lens is so big that it blocks the built-in flash and leaves a big round dark shadow spot in the picture. Would have been nice to know before my purchase.

Great for outdoor landscape photos

Great outdoors but limits function close up and with built in flash. I love it for photographing landscapes.

To broaden the angle of your view, the Wide Converter WC-DC58N is available for the G3, G5, G6, A610 A620 and A700. Or if you want to pull back a little more, Tele-converter TC-DC58N is available. Both accessories require the use of Conversion Lens Adapter (LA-DC58B for the G3, G5, LA-DC58D for the G-6, LA-DC58F for the A610/A620, and LA-DC58G for the A700)
