Purchased this in November 2022, and it stopped working in May 2023. LG is having me send it back to them to be fixed and REFUSED to refund my money. Any monitor that stops working in less than a year is faulty. The process for returning it to them is a nightmare. I would rather have my money back so I can get anything but a LG monitor.

The main feature which is implied on the product page is the usb-c cable connection which not only displays to an external monitor but will also charge the laptop. The monitor comes with an hdmi cable but not the usb-c one. The manual does not mention which one to purchase. I contacted LG support and they recommended 3 usb-c cables, all expensive. The first one I purchased would not fit into the usb-c port. I contacted LG support again and they suggested another cable. Before I ordered that cable, I contacted them to confirm the second cable was correct. Well, they suggested a THIRD cable. This third cable they wound up shipping out to me for free. When I received it, that cable also did not fit. LG had me pack up the monitor to ship out for repairs. Keep in mind, this monitor is maybe 3 weeks old. After a few weeks, I received the monitor and now the usb-c cable fits and does output video but did not charge the laptop. The main feature I purchased this monitor for is the one usb-c connection from monitor to laptop to display and charge the laptop. LG support did not seem to know this product so they had me send the monitor back AGAIN for repairs. About a week later I received the monitor and while the usb-c cable does display to the monitor it doesn't charge the laptop. After contacting them again, they came to the conclusion the monitor does not support charging the laptop even though the product page SUGGESTS you can. I do like the monitor but now feel somehow cheated because I'm stuck with usb-c cables that I really never needed.

I bought this about a month ago for work and it works great. I replaced 2 smaller monitors and I love the size & price of this LG. Then they said I could win $500 if I wrote this. THAT is worth 5 minutes of my time. It really is a good monitor. I'm glad I got it. (on sale)

I bought this a few weeks ago & I like it a lot! I work from home so there's enough room to open lots of windows & work. I almost bought a larger curved screen but WOW, this price jumped a lot. It helps that I got this on Amazon Day at a discounted price :-)

I have been using this monitor for a month now and I cannot get used to the short height; the monitor is not too wide but it is too short in height so the 34?? label doesn?t really give me the additional vídeo area that is comfortable to hold two windows or split the desktop and still avoid scrolling up and down. You can easily have two windows wide by side but you still need a lot of scrolling up and down due to the short height.

I bought this to use for work from home. I have a laptop and wanted to extend the screen onto a widescreen monitor, then split the screen, as opposed to having to monitors. Unfortunately I cannot do that while remoted in. I can reduce the window, and have two open, but then overlay and have to keep moving them. It would be nice if the monitor also came with a wall mount, as it?s so large, it?s super close to my face and hard to adjust too. Wishing I also went for the curved monitor.

I work a lot with reviewing and revising written documents and it?s great to be able to open up three of them at a time on the screen. They are shared screen program works pretty good I just wish that I could put a large document in the middle and two smaller ones on the sides hopefully they?ll update that program. Overall, I?ve had it about a month and it?s working great.

I bought my screen for work. However, i need a screen able to switch between my desktop and laptop without unplugging the hdmi. The two port allowed me to do so. The button also allowed me easily switch in between.

I am very happy and delighted in terms of buying and using this monitor so far. Its best choice if you would like to be productive working from home as well as take a break from your work and watch movies or streaming services.

I adore this monitor! I had been holding tight to my three 27 inch monitors but they were causing eye strain and just weren't efficient any longer. I no longer have those issues; this is the first monitor that isn't a 'hand me down', I did much due diligince and researched all of the available options before purchase. I plan to purchase several over new pieces of tech for myself for my birthday and of course I will definitely be buying a 'twin' to this monitor!

I decided to upgrade my monitor size due to my continued work from home status and this monitor did not disappoint. The size, clarity and overall appearance makes my workday that much more effective. The sound is also top notch. Highly recommend.

While searching for a 34 wide screen, I read lots of comments saying that 34wk650-w was not a good screen for office tasks, they recommended it to game and movies, but not for office. I decided to take the chance despite the negative comments because the cost benefit (34in for less than than $400). Let me tell you that, the monitor is perfect, I do not perceive any of the resolution problems people reported regarding this screen, it is not a 4K and I do a lot of spread sheets, text and web and I am really happy with that. The speakers are not the best I ever heard, but for lectures and YouTube it works well. The only negative aspect I have to point, is regarding the power cable, often times the screen goes off for a sec or two and comes back. I already checked all the cables and they seems to be in order, my next step will be to contact the warranty/support and ask for help, perhaps it is settings problem instead hardware.

Great monitor. Been using this monitor with a mix of computer systems and for 1080p it puts out a nice picture. It has a great color spectrum for what it is and if your ok with the 1080p res it's a good pick up. My only gripe is the HDR 10 struggles to truly become present in the picture. Seems there may be a lacking of nit representation to have real stand out hdr. Also your settings don't save if your turn off this monitor. Stand by is the way to go.

Due to the extra workload I do on my home computer, I decided to buy the LG 34WK650-W after reading reviews and specifications. I'm so glad I did my homework because this has been a great purchase. Now I am not really techy so I won't sit here and say it's the best monitor ever and rate it against all other monitors, but I wholeheartedly will recommend this monitor to my friends and family. The extra real estate you get along with the ability to divide up your screen made this a must-have.

This is my first Ultrawide. Did a month of research of all available 29"/34" before getting it. Been using it for 6 months and planning to get a second one. I use it primarily just as a computer screen for work / gaming. Points to note: - Speakers are ok (I'll switch to the sound bar when high quality audio is needed) - LG OnScreen Control (download this to change setting easily) - No USB ports. at this price point? you gotta shell out more dough buddy! All in all, excellent value * build quality as it met my needs In the last 2 years, LG has found a way to creep into every part of my house, My fridge, my soundbar, my monitor. I guess that says it all

I have purchased two of these monitors. First bought one for my home office. When my wife had to work from home she brought in a second monitor that made the desk and workspace cluttered. This solved that issue. She is able to open several windows while doing zoom calls. I liked it so much that I purchased one for my work office and replaced two of my existing monitors with it. Would definitely buy again or recommend. Comes with great screen splitting software and built in speakers.

I bought this monitor about a month or so ago for business. It is exactly what I needed at I need a split screen. Windows 10 does that but the windows just got smaller so I needed a larger monitor to make it easier. Love It.

However, there are a few things that need to be changed on this 34" Ultra Wide. One (1) is the button to turn on and off the monitor. This switch in connected to the Main Menu Panel, and it is difficult to turn off the monitor as you have to press the button and move it up and backwards to shut down the monitor. This button will not last very long as it will require it to be replaced, and it appears that will be out of the question. I'm going to find a way to setup a "toggle switch" to turn on and off this monitor. Also, the speakers are about the size of a silver dollar, and very poor audio coming from these speakers that is made in a tiny bedroom shop in a small town in China. Enough said.

To be honest, this has been the best monitor I've ever owned! The monitor is so wide, and it is so helpful when I need to pull up several windows and work on my papers. Highly recommended to those who use computers most of the time!
