Used Logitech G432 7.1 Surround Sound Wired Gaming Headset with Microphone undefined

I have used this headset with my hp laptop from work and it works perfectly, but when I try to use it with my Lenovo legion y720 the computer doesn't recognize that the headset has a microphone. I've been through all the settings, and the computer cannot find the microphone on my headset.

Works well on my gaming computer but didn't work out on my sister's.  Have to keep testing until coming to a conclusion.

Seems of good quality for gaming

Good value. The build, audio, and mic quality are good for the price, but the design lends to hot spots forming on the top of the head.

Decent for the price

The headset is good.  They are not too heavy, they fit well, the sound quality is good.  The only problem I had with them was adjusting the volume.  Had to make several adjustments with computer before they worked.  I would say that they are a good buy.

GOOD BUT NOT GREAT

Installation mic difficulties make this one interesting.  I have a really old set of headphones and the bass is far richer than with these. I'm on Logitech's website downloading some software that might turn the mic on, but I have a Bose speaker system, when this might want yet another USB port I don't have.  Will try that approach before I decide these were worth the purchase.

It's Alright - Not Plug-n-Play 4 Sure

I had their previous headset (Red Trim, I loved that one, this one, not so much. No mic mute. For the price, I am disappointed.

No Mic Mute!

Great sound, comfy at first, but if you have larger head, starts to hurt after a lil while, and then it back to ear buds, amazing sound tho!

Not worth it.  The volume is so low when using the usb adapter.  You need to put the voume up to almost 100.   It also took a good 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get them to work.  The computer said they were connected but nothing was happening with the headset.  After unpluggin and plugging in the cable a few times into the usb adapter it worked.  Again, I'd blame the usb adapter.  If you use it without the usb adapter maybe you'll have better luck.
