Lightweight and sturdy. A tad heavier than carbon fibre ones of the same capacity. Very easy to use. Comes with a bag and tool kit

I already own an Indura CX-213 (carbon). The AT213 is very similar in size and operation so there is no learning curve for me (it does not have the fold-over at the top like the CX - but I'm not fond of the fold-over anyway). It is heavier than the CX. It is the right height for me to use with the legs fully extended but without the center column raised (no back ache from leaning over a too-short tripod, nor sore calfs from standing on tip-toes using a too-tall tripod). It has three leg sections (great height for me with maximum stability) which means it is not real short when folded. I have used the center column's hanging hook for extra stability in windy conditions and have inverted the column to get low shots. It will be my backup and a second tripod when I'm in a two tripod mode. Very well made, solid and smooth. Comes with carry case, shoulder strap, steel spiked feet and wrenches. Terrific tripod for the money.

Quick leg adjustments make this tripod a pleasure to use. Lightweight but very sturdy and stable. I use a Canon 1Ds with zoom on this tripod with no difficulty at all.

I used the tripod for weddings and landscapes. I am 6'1" and this raises to eye level. The legs adjust easily and lock into place securely. A solid build and a great finish on the legs. There is nothing negative that I have encountered.

I been researching for a good tripod for like a year to replace the one i currently own. I decided to go with induro because of the style, the weight capacity it holds and the size it extends and collapses to. I mainly use tripods for eadshots in studio, landscapes and night shots. Sometimes i even use it as an extra lightstand for my flash head.

I use the tripod/head all the time. Note that this review is for the tripod + BHD0 head (you can't eval the tripod by itself). If only light wind and good ground, it's pretty stable. In 5-10+mph winds, I can see some wiggle in Live View. It's a bit annoying (and slows you down) when you frame your shot, then tighten the lock knob only to see a slight shift in the framing. Stability on pebbly ground (both small and larger river rock) is problematic (perhaps different feet would help). It's moderately heavy. Still, it's the best I could afford and gets the job done. For the money, I don't know if you could find a better tripod/head, but I haven't tried others.

I use this with a 500 mm lens for wildlife photography; it is great for this application.
