Random keys stopped working after only a year. Work computer, never leaves my desk, kept maniacally clean. Did a beat of research and found out that it's a common problem with the Gram series. Called customer service and they asked $500 to fix it. Mind that the spare part can be bought easily even on eBay for $25-30. Borderline criminal behavior. P.S. I had to copy and paste every "e" in this review because it stopped working.

Best laptop on the market. Best screen, keyboard, touchpad, sound, performance. The greatest feature is the engineering. You can take of the back with a few screws, and all the components are serviceable without any further disassembly. Marvelous!

After some research I chose this laptop because of its light weight and LG's reliability. It was intended to be a "back up" computer but is now my go to.

I bought this over a year ago and am very pleased with it. It is very lightweight which makes it easy to manage. The speed is also great. The picture quality is also good.

I bought the laptop about a month ago. It is fast and holds a lot of data. I am not a big fan of the keyboard setup especially on the number pad. It is not intuitive and I always need to look down to see what keys to type. it is very lightweight.

bought this pc to replace a DELL inspiron 17. The LG Gram is light weight with superb performance. It meets all the daily work requirement. Good battery life.

As I began writing this review, I was reminded of the other LG products I have purchased over the years: LG Vu CU920 mobile phone, LG Harmon Kardon Tone Platinum Bluetooth Stereo Headset, LG TONE Ultra SE HBS-835S, LG 27" Class FHD IPS FreeSync Monitor (the monitor on which this review is being written). Each of these products met and/or exceeded reasonable expectations for their respective service. I purchased and began using the LG Gram Pro 16" Intel Evo Platform 32GB Laptop in January 2024. I needed a large screen and high RAM processing capacity for WFH, the GeForce RTX 3050 video chip was a "bonus". I read reviews for a number of competing products; people seemed very pleased with the LG Gram and it had the features I needed. I took my time as I began using the computer, reading up on any element/item with which I was not familiar. The computer connected seamlessly to my mesh Wi-Fi network and Wi-Fi peripherals such as an older HP 8028 printer/scanner and a new ScanSnap iX1600 scanner. Some reviewers were confused by the placement of the "0/insert", ".(period)/delete", and "enter" keys on the right-side numerical keypad but they are in the same location as the Bloomberg keyboard I am using to write these comments. I try hard to take care of my tools and the LG Gram is clearly one of the most important ones I use every day.

Sometimes it won't boot up and I get weird instructions and sometimes it boots up fine. Had a hard time getting Zoom to work on it.

After 8 months of use, internal screen hinge assembly broke away from case and pried it open when closing the screen. Laptop was never dropped, there are no dents on case or screen. LG warranty service refused to cover. Not recommended for actual laptop use, but may be very good as desktop replacement.

This was a 2022 Christmas gift but it took several months before I had a chance to start setting it up. One disappointment has been that the keyboard is not back-lit, which makes it difficult to use in low-light situations. Also, while the keys are full-sized, the printing/labeling is very small - I can touch-type most things, but not everything, so some keys are tricky to find. The laptop is incredibly light, which is wonderful, and the camera is terrific!

I've owned this small 2 in 1 laptop for about a year. I find it very easy to use and snappy. I don't upgrade devices often (I tend to wait about 5-7 years between upgrades) and I was very happy with this purchase. Easy to transport. Touchscreen is awesome. Display is lovely. Sound is adequate.

I bought this in January for school from Costco and it is absolutely terrible. It overheats, it's slow, software updates are a nightmare. I wish I could return it because for the price point I was expecting a superior product, unfortunately this is just a pretty brick and about as useful as my 2016 ASUS.

I have had this computer for almost 6 months and have appreciated almost every feature it has. It is fast but incredibly light, and a great price for what it is. The reason for a 4 star review is that it has some unusual quirks that are not anything too difficult to put up with but could be improved. One is that the fan is not always reliable and is very loud and it still gets very hot. I do enjoy having the kind of performance and battery life that this has, but the performance varies a lot. Sometimes, it will open a program almost instantly, others, it takes several minutes, with the exact same settings. Overall, though, for the price range and the amount of features (and how light and tough it is) it is one of the best computers in its class.

This is a truly terrible laptop. The touch screen is dysfunctional and I have to restart the laptop every other time I open it as the touch screen stops working (and I can't login via the keyboard either). It constantly glitches in both the display and functioning. I really wish I had purchased a different product.

I bought this at Costco for school because it seemed like a good option. I used it for one school year and it sucks. One of the things that drew me in was that it was supposed to overheat less, didn't happen. As well as the overall speed they promised. The laptop and charger get hot enough to fry an egg on. After just a few minutes of usage just googling stuff. For the price point this thing sucks. After a few months of use it's slow, does not load things properly and it overheats like crazy. Really unacceptable if you ask me.

I bought it at Costco on sale and was happy with the price for the options included. The large hard drive, along with a snappy processor and 32 GB of RAM is muscular enough to handle any task. LIGHT!!! This 17" laptop only weighs in at about 3lbs so extremely light. It is tested to MIL-SPEC so it is tough. I have had it for 3 months now and I am well pleased.

I bought my LG Gram 16" laptop computer 3 weeks ago. I love the light weight, long battery life and back-lit keyboard with number pad. and large. The screen is large and beautiful. I'm not that fond of the Windows 11 presentation and functionality, so I installed the StarDock Start11 app make it behave like Windows 10. Overall, I'm very happy with this computer and highly recommend it.

The laptop I'm retiring due to a failing screen, should have been retired at least two years ago as it has been a dog for far too long, but I keep trying to make things work that just don't. The replaced Laptop is 9 years old... My less than 5 star is because there needs to be a comprehensive packaged "how to" transfer everything instruction that comes early in the process and well defined with each new PC (think something in the box that the laptop come in). Because I am untrusting of methods I have tried in the past, I did not use your transfer tool that "eventually" popped up on-screen until I was well into transferring things manually. On a prior PC transfer the tool did not function properly and I had to transfer files manually anyway. I did not go back and try to start over. I don't know if the transfer tool would have worked now, but because of my prior experience I was leery. I also love the battery life. I have often been using battery power just because of the long life compared to my old PC. Had an issue with a popup/link that locked up my PC and had audio and writen text that said not to shut down my PC and call Microsoft to resolve a security issue, but since I'm not using any Microsoft protection, I assumed it to be a hoax and did a shutdown and restarted the PC with no problem. I ran a quick scan and I'm in the process of running a full scan just to be sure. Can you ask me again in about 2 weeks how things are going?

I love this laptop. I wanted a large screen and LG definitely delivered! The facial recognition is a great feature, just open the laptop and it recognizes you immediately unless you're in low lighting. The only negative thing I can say so far is the keypad is slightly loud. So if you're in a library you can hear the clicking of your keys. But the laptop is so lightweight that I don't care about the loud clicking of the keys. The laptop was pricey but it was worth every penny. I called tech support the day I received it because I had issues setting it up and their tech support was so much better than the other brand that I had to replace. I purchased an LG so that I wouldn't have to deal with the Other computer company's tech support and I'm glad I made that choice. Great laptop and great tech support! Can't beat it! Get one now. You won't regret it.

It has touch screen back-lit keyboard, very fast, and about 1/4 the weight of the one it replaces. Recommended by consumer's reports over the Lenovo I was considering. The surprise perpetual calendar/pencil box is nice, but should have black lettering, not white.

I bought this computer to replace an older desktop that I use at home. The (lack of) weight is amazing, you don't even really notice it on your lap!! Very responsive and the graphics are amazing!!
