I was surprised at how compact and small the tripod was when I first received it. An easy fit in my pocket. I considered the PIXI Mini Tripod but ending up paying a bit more for the sectional one for the increased height advantage. I was also attracted to the redesigned base at the top for easier camera attachment. Overall it has performed as advertised.

This is so lightweight and mobile, I always have it with me in my backpack. Great for smartphone photography.

Baby steps: I am a self-taught amateur and this table top tripod is exactly what I need when using the telephoto lens!!! Holds camera steady like I never can... no more fuzzy shot. A taller tripod is on the list for later this year.

Overall a great ripod. Only complaint is that the legs are too loose while opening. The head, works OK with a light web camera, really easy to adjust

I don't have need for a small tripod very often, but this tripod is extremely well made and offers a tremendous amount of versatility along with simplicity and speed in making adjustments. Great to have in my camera bag.

Great option for vlogging. Small, light and easy to throw in your bag. For anywhere you need to keep your camera still in low light it's a great option. I always have it with me and don't notice it.

I got this tripod to mount a webcam on. It works perfectly on top of my desk. It has a bit more flexibility than I realized in how it can be set up and used. I would say if you have a fairly straightforward table top or desktop this is a great option for a small flexible tripod.

Great little tripod for small video cameras. I use it as a third or fourth angle during weddings and sometimes is the replacement for the gimbal in cameras as the GH5 and G85, provide? me a nice handle. The price is worth it.

Feels cheaper than the original pixi but so far seems actually just as well made with better features and suports more weight. If the next version gets rid of the very slight rattle feeling of the extendable leg assembly then I'd say they'd have it perfect.

There are times when I don't want to carry a full tripod, but this little thing goes in my bag on most trips. Amazing the photos you can get from the hood or roof of a rental car :)

This tripod really does the job. can handle a canon 70d with 18-135 lens. Its small enough that it fits in my camera bag. Light enough that its no problem carrying it, and its always there when i need it. great addition to my camera bag

This little tripod folds up to be just nine and a quarter inches long, yet will easily hold my Canon 80D with a 55-250 mm lens, which in total weighs about two and half pounds. Opened up, it stands six and half inches high and can be up to eight inches with the legs extended all the way.Very secure support and easily carried, even in an old lens bag (actually, I carry two of these, one of an off-camera flash support). This little Manfrotto is a great addition, offering both good support and excellent pointability with it's full-movement ball head.Thanks Manfrotto and to Adorama for it's excellent service and shipping!

Probably more then you wanted to spend for a mini tripod, but this thing stayed in place with my Tamron 70-200 F2.8 lens. It really is great quality and fits in the back pocket of my backpack.

Good tripod. But it is a little bit flimsy and the materials could be better. It is lightweight which is a big advantage and the size is just right. For smaller campus I think this would work OK.

The tripod is good. There is an option to extend the leg. When it is extended, the tripod is not as strong.

I have many tripods, quite a few of which are made by Manfrotto that I like very much. I was attracted to the PIXI Evo 2 mainly because it has a slot in the ball head that allows you to rotate the camera to portrait mode, which the standard PIxi (which I have and like) cannot do. First of all, this tripod is rather large for a table top tripod, being substantially chunkier than the standard Pixi. This extra bulk doesn't really provide much more capability, but does provide a stronger ball head than the Pixi to accomodate a larger camera. But the real weakness of this tripod are the legs. They can extend a few inches, but this feature comes at the price of stability. The leg extensions are fairly flexible plastic, and they are not attached firmly to the metal part of the legs, which makes the whole assembly springy and loose. This is combined with a two position leg angle stop that is made of plastic, which adds to the springiness of the whole tripod. When I mounted my camera and gently pushed down on it, the whole thing compressed like a spring and bounced back up when I released it. I often use a table top tripod where a normal tripod is not allowed, but pushing it against a convenient wall for a long exposure, and this tripod is just too flexible for that. I ended up returning it and I suggest you avoid it.

This mini tripod is great when used as a filming grip or selfie style stick. But when it comes to using as a tripod it is almost unusable due to the fact the rubber padding on the tripod feet has a slick texture and will not grip most surfaces. So if using as a grip recommend it but not as a tripod
