Great Dish
Rigid material and good construction, easy to use. To achieve the beauty dish effect you have to be very close to the subject, otherwise we would have a reflector. The unit comes with a well-built grid and a sock

Excellent focus lighting reflector
I was looking for a wider reflector and this gives a more defused focus lighting for taking portraits. Also, it comes with a soft light cover, but additional defusion can be added to soften the lighting. I would recommend to family & friends.

Almost fantastic
Aside from the very difficult to put on white diffuser, almost takes 4 hands, this is a fantastic unit. I already lost my diffuser and cannot find a replacement. Do I have to buy a whole new unit?

Nice light
Very nice light - the only downside is a little to bulky for regulars photography bags.
I use the umbrella version 18" because folded is easy to fit in most backpacks

Compact for a beauty dish
It creates the look of a beauty dish but is a little small for my taste. The size makes it convenient but the shadows area a little too hard. For speed and portability it's great but if you have the option of a full size beauty dish you should take it. I use this for lighting flowers too as it really makes the texture pop.

Great Soft Light

Highly recommended
The entire flashpoint streak light system Is amazing, the light quality, build, and price point are perfect. I use these lights on location for seniors, families, sports and weddings, they have never let me down. The beauty dish is just one of many acc for the streak light, it gives me studio quality soft light outdoors with little effort. I do recommend buying the extra white sock for the front, it's made better than the one that comes with it

A good modifier, convenient and well-made
I purchased this along with three evolv200s and a number of other modifiers. So far I've use this twice, both for single portrait shoots. It is very well-made, the grid is also nice and solid, my only complaint is the diffusion sock is a little tight and hard to get on for one person. I typically prefer a larger unit – but as long as you're close enough with this it's fine. It's well worth the money.

Great accessory for the Streaklight
I use it more with the grid and it is great to have something in between a small flash grid and a larger sofbox grid

Works great with eVOLV 200
Purchased to go with my new eVOLV 200 and it works perfectly. The mount itself, the part that connects to the flash, is rather malleable and bends easily, so watch out for that. I had no problem bending it back into shape with a pliers. However, for the price, it's not a deal breaker.

I was worried that the beauty dish was too small, but so far it has worked really great. I like that I can use it outside on bright days.

Worth the Puchase
The convenience of this light has made my photography pop.
So easy to use. I love the fact that I can change from one modifier to the next without losing time. Recently, I bump into my beauty dish, it fell to the floor. Surprisingly nothing broke.
My next purchase is the Glow para 28" softbox
