Nice machine for the office

Loved the machine but I am doing my MBA and the drum needed replacing and the store did not sell it in store and I needed to print my material that night. I had to buy another printer to finish my printing.

Good printer but very unhappy with setting the paper size and it most of the time stops printing.  Also very unhappy that I cannot scan more than 1 page at a time as I do have documents with multiple pages.

I was shopping for a business computer and after I read the review I see this is a black and white printer. How deceptive I looked and looked and cannot see where it tells you this is a black and white printer. It says it has a color screen which kind of says it could be color. Ill stick with HP at least their upfront. Customer service doesn't sound great and I'm tired of dealing with people that you cant understand very well

This really is a great working all in one machine provided your internet strength is good and your setting preferences are all set through your printer driver. I needed a Brother Tech to get it corrected.

Super machine!

I was very disappointed for last two times experience of this printers. I had the same model printer previously was very good it can be used for about 2-3 years and bought and keep the the same model for last two time. Recently I bought on November 28, 2022, the printer has always made squeaky sound so loudly. I tried to found contact and talk to support but can't find telephone number! Please advise me how to fix the squeaky sound properly? Thank you

Home office owner

We had a small piece of rubber come off of the paper feeder two months after purchasing this machine.  It enabled the paper to be fed into the machine one at a time.  I called to have this replaced and found out I was not able too.  We then had to continue putting the paper in one at a time.  Very annoying for a busy office.  We finally had to purchase a better machine all for a 1/2 inch square piece of rubber.

I have had brother printers for as long as i can remember.  This printer is to replace the older model of same printer which i have had for over 10 years and once some parts needed replacing i decided to get a new one so went with same model newer version.

Great multi unit

This printer completely failed and I spent an hour speaking to someone offshore who said they would replace it...it has been a month and no replacement machine of any kind. pretty cumbersome service and then no service at all....

Terrific machine

I got rid of an ink jet color printer and another black-and-white printer and bought this wonderful laser machine. The color printer was a pain...always needing new cartridges, even though I didn't print off many pages with color. This laser printer is the perfect solution...boots up quickly and gives me printed pages with razor-sharp clarity.

It took quite a lot of work to set it up to print docs with mixed sizes, probably because I was pairing it with a Mac. But Brother Support was really helpful. Once I get it set up, it has been great.
