I am giving ZERO stars for this review. If you have the opportunity to buy another brand, DO SO!! I am on my 3rd printer. The customer service is HORRIBLE, very unhelpful, lacking knowledge in their own product. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to troubleshoot issues, only to result in having to send back this printer twice. And now, they did not even include the spindle with the latest replacement and now I have to wait another 2 months for that part. They said "...someone should have told you to keep that spindle when you returned the printer" twice. I was disconnected a few times and was put through to corporate to escalate my concerns/complaints and was then disconnected once I got through to corporate. I'm sure my complaints to corporate will fall on deaf ears and will go nowhere. So I am trying to save ANYONE frustration with this company and product that I have gone through and am STILL going through. All I have gotten has been a lot of "I'm sorry" statements...no coupons, no rebates, no nothing!!! Run if you can!!!

After printing a whopping 10 posters the printer started jamming through the feeder. I called Epson and stated hardware malfunction. They wanted me to pay upfront for a refurbished printer and wait for them to determine if I get a refund or not. Not do I have to pay for a refurbished (limited warranty), but also pack it up and drop it off at FedEx, 50lbs. I purchased a warranty, customer service and customer care is a joke. It's a huge piece of trash. Another ploy to get more money and recycle trash.

After 5 months of receiving a defective plotter that could not be repaired, exchanging it for another defective plotter that also could not be repaired, after having spent hours and hours on the phone with Epson warranty people, I finally had to return both plotters. The kick in the teeth was that I had to call over, and over, and over to find out why I had not been refunded. The units were received by the Epson warehouse and I had a Fedex confirmation to prove it. But in order to process the refund Epson workers had to find and look up some number on the original unit. Yet more hours on the phone...again and again I was told that I would receive a call back in 24 hours and that they had people all over the company trying to find the unit so their internal process could be satisfied, rather than satisfying their customers. For some reason, it took 4 months to find the unit and finally the refund has been processed after yet another phone call from me. For those that think Epson's giving you a good deal, don't say you weren't warned I feel a moral duty to warn everyone I can to avoid the pain I've experienced.

Never been able to use the sheet feeder without my printer being down for weeks. I do floor wraps and banners with this one.

Great printer. Still learning how to print 24"X36" maps for Search and Rescue. Using SARTOPO to make maps.
