Like all Microsoft products, it promises big, but fails to deliver. Outlook did not import all of my previous addressed (from the older Outlook) and has issues not yet resolved compared to the previous version. I had to buy it because my new Mac is 32 byte, but I would rather have the older version.

For the telecommuting and Zoom classes, this seems to have everything that a person could need.

I've been a Office user for a many years. While I understand that newer versions will have changes to adapt to, I do not like it when I cannot find common commends I use. Sadly this seems to be the case with Office 2019 Home and Student for Mac OS. This create a longer re-learning curve than necessary, I think and it's a bit of a disappointment. That said, I really appreciate the service from Adorama. Their prices are competitive, their website is easy to use, and the shipping was very prompt. Thanks!

It was very difficult to install this. When I couldn't install, I asked Microsoft support. After texting back and forth for a long time, they said it was an Apple Security issue. I was on the phone with Apple support twice, for about 1.5 hours each time, and they couldn't figure out how to install it on my Macmini. I finally found someone who works for Intel who helped me install it.
