Quality laptop
Nice quality, easy to set up. Wish I could close the cover when using the HP monitor that I've connected to the laptop. It's great when I'm using to screens, but there are times when I'd like more desk space and closing the cover would help.

Back light, Screen blink, and Frequent freezes during use
Surprisingly, this product does not come with a back light which is very important to me. The display screen also started blinking just about 2 weeks after purchase. I'm also experiencing frequent screen freezes during use.

Packs a lot of punch
This is my second HP in a row--the last was an Envy with SSD. I love the Pavillion. It's about 1" smaller in width, 1" smaller in length so it's lighter than the Envy but the screen display is just as big as my old, larger footprint Envy. A big plus. I always like a side keypad, due to my work, and the Pavilion's keypad keys are a tiny bit smaller, but the key spacing is good for touch type work. The Pavilion also boots up super fast-almost instantly. Overall, I highly recommend!

Winner all the way around
I stayed away from windows laptops once win 8 came out. It was the worst and win 10 was even worse than that! I changed to a Mac laptop after win 7 went defunct. I love Mac's!
BUT, I saw win 11 and it reminded me of a Mac. I explored it for a while at the store and found it easy to use. I went home and a few days later bought this HP convertible! It is easy to use, the OS is so trim, all apps are right there and so simple to use. The laptop is super fast, lightweight, the battery lasts a long time, the keyboard is nicely spaced (allows for fewer typos), sound and video are outstanding, love the convertible feature, color options as well (I got it in gold). There's just too much to mention here. All in all, this laptop is a winner hands down. As I stated, I stayed away from all windows since end of win 7. If Microsoft does not change their OS in the next update(s), I will continue to remain a win user (I still use my Mac all the time as well).

Get rid of Windows 11
Using this for working at home. Overall I'm happy with it but so far it hasn't connected to the sql database we use. Everyone I've talked to said it's something with the computer or the OS and i agree since i can connect with my old laptop. Thinking about downgrading to windows 10 until MS gets 11 right. Preinstalling windows 11 is the only reason the computer only got 3 stars from me... that OS isn't ready for prime time and shouldn't be the installed OS for serious business use.

BOTH A TABLET AND A LAPTOP WITH A TOUCH SCREEN
This HP Pavilion x360 c0nvertible with it's 15.6" screen solved many problems for me. This laptop with windows 11 is fast, simple, battery life is tremendous. This computer replaced my 13 year old desktop computer and has a simple and versatile keyboard. You can't go wrong with this laptop.

Great piece of machinery!
I love the convertible function on this laptop as well as the fingerprint sensor. I use this as I?m in the healthcare field and keeping important data private is top priority and this makes that easy. I love that I can take this to the clinic and my patients can sign paperwork with ease.

HP Pavilion x360 15-er0097nr needs better touchpad
Excellent all-around but could be improved with a touchpad that is less sensitive to the bending of the case. If I hold the laptop with one hand or leave it on the edge of a table, slightly bending the laptop will activate the left- or right-click functions on the touchpad.

Mouse Pad is not working well

Touchpad bad. So is the suipport
Ever since I had this machine built and sent to me, the touchpad has never worked correctly. When the computer is on my lap, the touchpad left button stays clicked. I have tried all the "tricks" to get it working. It is clearly an issue that the touchpad is getting caught on the frame as there is zero gap on the left side and a large gap on the right I contacted HP support for a send in repair and they want me to backup everything to the cloud and reinstall windows 10. My computer is windows 11. It took 44 minutes for me to get frustrated with HP support telling them it is a hardware issue and not a software issue before I gave up. Not sure who is handling support, but they need a new script. Now I just have to deal with it. Frustrating to say the least.
