Perfect Fit
I finally got around to purchasing a backup battery for my Nikon D3200.
Since it's several years old the design has changed, so I was concerned about the fit because it appeared thicker than the original. It's perfect.

Nikon's D5500 Replacement Batteries
I have had great success using true Nikon replacement batteries as opposed to other aftermarket offerings. Nikon's have higher power capacity and seem to last much longer from regular use.
