NO HELP WITH SET UP & USE ON YOUR SITE FOR THE OLDER, TECH-CHALLENGED USER.
I realize I am a Baby Boomer & hence - technology challenged, but I can follow simple directions. Unfortunately, yours are Too Simple. I charged the unit & have attempted SEVERAL TIMES to initiate the set-up language. Choosing English & "follow the prompts" is a joke. I can't even accomplish this even AFTER WATCHING EVERY TUTORIAL & DOWNLOADING ALL INSTRUCTIONS F
from your site! I wanted this for my 30th anniversary trip to Barbados to film turtles on our snorkel trip. After a week & now on that vacation, I STILL HAVE NOT figured it out. I PLAN TO RETIRN IT WHEN I GET BACK HOME.
