I got hooked on the Tilta cages when I borrowed a friend's Blackmagic 4K with one, and I've been buying them for my cams ever since. This one houses my A7RII and does a great job. I use it with a Shogun (in a cage of its own) so I can't really get away with mounting to the camera's hot shoe. This gives me lots of mounting options, and the batteries and cards are easy to swap. One complaint I had heard was that it's difficult to reach the shutter button when using this for stills. While it is slightly awkward to reach your finger around the edge, it wasn't as bad as they made it sound. And of course, this is really for video anyhow! My favorite part is the HDMI lock that keeps the fragile micro HDMI port on the Sonys secure. It includes a micro to full size adapter that can be mounted in multiple spots facing multiple directions, which was hugely helpful for me!
