The Canon TS3520 printer delivers decent print quality, but unfortunately, it falls short in terms of wireless connectivity. The wireless feature is extremely unreliable, frequently disconnecting without warning, making it incredibly frustrating to use. When you plug it in via USB, it doesn't recognize the connection and doesn't work. When it does work, the prints are clear and fine for everyday tasks, but the connectivity issues overshadow this. I would not recommend this printer if you need a consistent, reliable wireless connection. It's a bit of a hassle, and in today's day and age, there are far better options that won't leave you troubleshooting every time you need to print.

I bought this in mid-February, and it's now August 5th. It was a mistake. I have some issue every single time I use it. When I first printed, it was my lease. It was very violent with the paper, taking two pieces instead of one on occasion. It was fine, but I didn't love how roughly it put the paper through. It's very loud. I feel like I'd be able to hear it from outside. I also noticed discoloration at times. I figured I'd just wait til next try to figure it out. But next try was this try, and it wouldn't accept the paper. Kept saying paper jam, but the paper wasn't even going in. I tried five times before giving up. The printer takes up a lot of space for such a small thing. Probably doubles in length (the shorter measurement) with the paper holder and the space where the paper exits all out. I don't have unlimited space, and I constantly have to move things around when I use it. I've had this printer around six months and successfully printed on maybe four occasions. I don't need to print often, or very much. So how am I low on black ink already? What's it doing, powering itself using the ink? Overall, I wouldn't suggest buying this printer. Canon isn't a bad company; my last printer was from them. This printer though. It's absolutely awful. I get angry every time I use it. I was having a perfectly pleasant day today, so I know I'm not just emotional.

My purchase of the Canon TS3520 printer went smooth and the customer service was excellent. Installation and setup were quite straightforward with help from customer service.

I bought this printer 7 months ago and have yet to get a single page to print. I called support and they tried to sell me a firewall for my Skylink. I can't get the driver to download and the wireless never shows up on my devices. I would have returned it but my time is more valuable than the cost of this printer. I am just sorry it is not heavy enough to be a boat anchor. It is worthless.

This printer (and the other two Canon printers I have owned) is complete garbage. If you need to print something, it would be quicker to drive to a print shop and have it printed because this printer cannot maintain network connectivity. This is my third and last Canon printer, you guys are producing cheap, disposable, printers destined for a landfill within 12 months.

I bought this printer for occasional printing. It sucks up ink. I usually print in black ink but have to keep replacing all the cartridges. YES, I know how to set the printer to print in black only. Waste of money.

I bought this on Nov 27 for $34 n hooked it up n had to call support as it said my network was not compatible n they wanted to charge me $98 to fix my computer as it had my firewall block on. I told him know that I had a friend that could fix it for free. But they could fix it in 5 minutes. Lol

This printer is a complete headache! I have gone thru multiple setups and never get past the final step of connecting after selecting my network and entering my network password. I've been working with networks and IT for years and have never had a product so frustrating. Avoid or beware

This is the 3rd cannon printer I've purchased. I keep upgrading and upgrading thinking they would get better. Sucks through ink like crazy, and I've had nothing but problems with them.

Entering instructions from printer terrible. Counterintuitive with no cues. Other mfg printers have simpler easy to read scrolling menus. Manual insufficient and difficult to search. Printer loses wifi connection but "thinks" it is still connected and blocks attempt to reconnect. Printing is very slow. Guzzles ink.

This printer is cheap & I have found very inferior to their other printers. It only prints one sided & when it prints, usually an extra 2-4 empty pages comes out. Very frustrating to use printer. The LCD is too small & difficult to read. It also guzzles ink & the ink cartridges are expensive & difficult to locate & put in. All in all, buy any other printer but not this one! You'll save yourself a big headache.

I had another Pixma which was great. It finally wore out. This printer is terrible. The paper always jams, or spits out 3-4 of blank paper & does not print very well. Instead of black being black, it's a dark grey. Very disappointed with this all in one printer.

I bought this printer to replace my old one which I loved, but one day it just stopped working. This printer is very sub par quality for a Canon product. It's cheap & the old saying applies to this: You get what you pay for! Spend a few bucks more & get a better printer. This printer always turns itself off automatically & there is no way to adjust this. It also prints very, very slowly. And when it does, half the time it stops in the middle of the job & just stops. Safe yourself a headache & buy a better printer.
