Doesn't fit batteries, doesn't charge them

Problem 1, the instructions are that the batteries are not built properly and need to be adjusted to fit. I have found differently. I have tried to adjust both the batteries and the unit and after over an hour of work I have all the batteries fitting into bays 1 and 3, but am unable to get them into bays 2 or 4. Conclusion, this charger is the problem and not the batteries. Problem 2, the unit is not properly charging the batteries. I have a battery that is at 81% according to the drone that was used for a brief flight. Putting it into slot 1 the unit shows the battery as charged and leaving it in for an hour then loading it into the drone it still reports 81% charge. I read instructions about "you need to do this and you need to do that" to get it to work and fit. I took a chance anyway. For over ($) it should be plug and play. Returning. It is a great concept that is not ready for market. Venom you need to fix it so it accepts batteries easily. No idea what is going on with charging but don't really care. For $ for a charging unit you need to do much much better. Construction appears solid, it is heavy which you would expect with 4 independent charging circuits. It is not mobile
