Works great. Have deployed it on a couple of productions with no issues.
They're a great price and deal. My power supplies were the threaded ones which is a big plus. You'll also need the SFP modules which are another $60-80 (for 3G) depending on where you get them. I've pushed 1080p 30 and 1080i 60 down them so far. Running on over 600' of fiber with no issues.

Love these little boxes! Very rugged, much smaller then the old model. Nice that the power supply screws into the box, no worries of it coming unplugged. Also nice that they are future proof for a while, just update your SFP up to 12.
