Excellent Focus Control
Great wireless focus controller. Movement is very smooth and precise. I use this for overhead camera rigs, especially when it?s impractical to run power to a focus motor. Having a compact focus motor with a battery was a must for my use case. I just wish the motor had a power button rather than being always on when the battery is inserted.

The PDL-AFP LIVE AIR 2 is a brand new wireless follow focus system which completely eliminates the need for external D-Tap power. The improvements over the previous Live Air generation include a new removable battery system for the motor and controller, higher torque motors, more responsive controllers, more mounting options, and a smaller motor. Combining the advantages of REMOTE LIVE and REMOTE AIR, we designed a system which enables a single-user to wirelessly control focus for a variety of different shooting scenarios.
328 ft. Wireless Transmission with Built-In Antenna
The more advanced data technology makes the Bluetooth transmission distance increase by 10 times, and PDL-AFP linear control distance can reach 328 feet.
Removeable Battery
The Motor uses a dual Li-42B rechargable battery. It's easy to recharge and mount into the motor. Both the Live Air controller and motor use the Li42B 3.7V 600mAh changeable battery with a runtime of up to 6 hours

The best companion for LIVE AIR 2 is RIG AIR camera cage, which is suitable for a variety of DSLR / mirrorless cameras. The RIG AIR allows you to mount different types of accessories to your camera such as an external monitor or shotgun microphone.

In addition to longer battery life, the torque and power are directly increased by 20%. The response is faster and the latency is lower.
Easily Mounted
When using the Live Air Pro 2 with the RIG AIR, you can securly mount the controller to any of the 1/4-20 screw threads on the cage frame. The Live Air controller now features a mounting hole which can be used to attach the controller to the cage.
Single Multifunctional Button
The Functions of LIVE AIR 2 include automatic/manual calibration, remove the lens stroke, restore the lens stroke when power off and so on.It can complete several instructions by pressing one button. The indicator can visually display the current state of the motor or controller such as the battery level.
iOS APP
The iOS APP can directly control the motor, easily set A and B points, set a linear zoom speed, and diplay lens data.
Compatible with a Variety of Setups
The controller can be clamped on a 15-32mm tube and provide wireless lens control with equipment such as a gimbal stabilizer, Steadicam, shoulder rig, tripod arm, jib, etc.
