I bought the LG 43SQ700-W unfortunately the monitor arrived broken. Customer service was excellent and provided me a refund.

Great Customer service

Great budget 4k option. Also the screen is fully wall mountable ignore what the LG team member said. You just need 20mm M4 screws and risers for whatever wall mounting bracket you use.  I used the Mount it MI-442 TV Wall mount.

I didn't use the monitor a lot. After purchasing, use it for less than 15 times. After the first few times, I started having issues with it.
I use it as my laptop's extended monitor, first I found the brightness and contrast of the monitor cannot be tuned. After submitting repair ticket, I only receive an email directing me to a website which didn't help at allAt daytime, it's too deem and at night, it's too bright. Later on, I found after my laptop went to sleep mode, and monitor is down. When my laptop is back from sleeping, the monitor cannot get back to work. And nothing helps unless I re-plug the power supply.
Such a bad experience with a new purchasing. This is my first LG product and it left me a very very bad impression of LG products - poor quality.

Too many issues, very bad user experience.

The monitor has been great so far. It's been an adjustment going from 2 monitors to just this one but it has worked flawlessly and I'm very impressed
