The stationary receiver utilizes true diversity technology, designed to work in harmony with a companion transmitter as part of a wireless RF transmission system. It operates within twelve distinct UHF frequency ranges, offering a switching bandwidth of up to 42 MHz. The frequency ranges span from 470 MHz to 1800 MHz, providing 1,680 receiving frequencies per range, tunable in precise 25 kHz steps.

The EM 100 G4 receiver is equipped with 20 fixed frequency banks, each with up to 12 compatible frequency presets, and one user bank with up to 12 user-programmable frequencies. The backlit LCD display provides real-time information, including the current frequency, frequency bank, channel number, RF level, AF level, lock status, pilot tone evaluation, muting function, and the battery status of the associated transmitter.

An auto-lock feature is included to prevent accidental changes to your settings. The receiver also features an integrated guitar tuner and a sound check mode for added convenience. Certain receiver parameters, such as receiving frequency, receiver name, and pilot tone setting, can be synchronized with the associated transmitter via an integrated infrared interface.

The receiver offers a balanced XLR-3M audio output with a maximum output of +18 dBu, along with an unbalanced 1/4" (6.3 mm) audio output with a maximum output of +12 dBu.
