Simple ideas are always the best

Simple ideas are always the best, and this little ball handle is a good example of that. I have many different handgrips for different situations, and this one is perfect for any light camera or DSLR. No fancy mechanism that may break or get loose in this little guy... the ball fits the palm of your hand, and can rotate freely for specific moves. Brilliant in its simplicity

Love it this little ball handle!

Simple ideas are always the best. And this piece is a very good example of that. I have many different handles for my rig, many different shapes, with swivel mechanisms so you can rotate them... But this little guys really works well for me, and is brilliant in its simplicity for lighter cameras. First, it is super lightweight, it is small and compact, and won't add any bulk to your rig. The ball shape is great because it rests in the palm of your hand and can rotate inside, so you don't need any complex mechanisms to find the right angle... you can rotate the ball in your hand for specific camera moves as well. Cherry on top, the wood feels great and it looks nice and sleek. Well done!

The Zarn Ball Handle Mount

A simple yet highly effective and sensible piece of kit. The Zarn is a nicely made wooden ball grip with a nato clamp that allows the user to mount and dismount the handle very quickly. The porous wooden grip absorbs sweat and also enables easily handling and maneuverability. Paired with the Zacuto GH5 cage, it extends the stability of operating the camera in run and gun scenarios. The ball can be mounted on any nato rail compatible platform, providing additional points of contact and handling. Well made, classy and robust! Best of all, I love that smell of wood!
