Soft light, reasonably priced.
Much softer light than my regular umbrellas. Solid construction, bit tricky to get my flash Godox TT600 to trigger while it's completely covered so had to finagle it a bit. The string adjusters made it easy to fit. Can't beat the price for this size.

Amazing portraits!
This is the first time I used an umbrella, and I was really impressed by the difference it made to my portraits even with a single speedlight setup. This umbrella seems to be a favorite, and I might get one more.

Fine, though ...
Works fine for it's task, supplying a broad diffused light. You need to set your flash on minimum zoom and adding a on flash diffuser will also increase the quantity and quality of the light produced.

Location light modifier, quick and easy.
I use it primarily on location outdoors and when I need a quick and easy softbox type modifier.

Pretty Good
5 stars for the price, quality of light and quality of the umbrella. I have used it for 3 shoots now and I am pleased with the soft light it produces.

Not great with speedlights... and not as pictured.
Everything seems fine with this umbrella, but the photo is misleading. The extra material around the drawstring looks in the photo to be pretty long. When I opened it, however, the material was probably only an inch and a half at best. It was pretty short. The drawstring does not fully close the material even without any light source placed in it whatsoever. I'm sure this would work really well with strobes, though.

Does what is made for
So far I've done little shoots and not many but can't say that the soft cover overheats while working with the modeling bulbs on and the overall results of the softeness of the skin w/o missing detail is just right. It's a great light accesorie to create very nice portraits

Amazing light modifier at an Amazing Price
I was a little worried about the build quality and fitment as I was using these in conjunction with studio lighting and not a speedlite but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These will literally fit anything you throw at it and the quality of this one piece umbrella is something you expect to see when you are shopping in the hundred dollar range.
