Work very well, am quite happy. You can rest your toes on the bottom of the peddles for steering during taxi/turning, then slide your heels up and work the upper peddle with your toes for braking while steering at the same time. The base slid around a bit on my wooden floors, but that was solved by placing a rubber mat under it.

Flexible design with removable heel blocks, smooth (but light feeling range of motion for rudder movement, however slightly springy near centered position. Toe-Brakes are light-to-press, but they return easily. So far, even small adjustments register very well. If using on carpet, consider finding a block to keep it from sliding away as used; haven't tried on smooth surface to know if same problem exists. Great build quality especially considering the price-point!

Apparently this item is in high demand it took six weeks from time of purchase to finally receive it. The item seems to be working correctly. Usage over a period of time will tell if it is worth the price paid.
