Fantastic starter speakers. Boost is boosted, which you are eq out if you want. But the default sound pretty amazing to me.

Harsh and near nasty with poor upper mid-range.one edge of cabinet already lifted off and separating.even the ring around the woofer has developed a crack.cheap build quality despite hyphe.another Boeing or jeep compass... rubbishy build quality can send pics to Manufacturer.see how well the japs build yamahas like works of fine art.regret the purchase and went back to my old Yamaha ns series

I WILL BE BYING ANOTHER SET SOMETIME SOON TO REPLACE ANOTHER SET OF OLDER SPEAKERS. THAT WILL COMPLETE MY NEW SETUP OF A 5.1 SOUND SYSTEM FOR MY TELEVISION. I use Amazon a lot for purchasing various items and they usually arrive in boxes. I have spent MONTHS in the vicinity of boxes and though my hearing is sound, as God is my witness I haven't heard a single one give off even the slightest of sounds. That leaves me confused as to one reviewer insisting that these speakers "sound boxy". MAYBE I need to listen from a different angle or perhaps listen from a closer vantage point, but just now I got up, grabbed an empty Amazon shipping box, put my ear directly against it and........well, I heard nothing. Weird huh?

I bought a pair of these and paired them with a Yamaha R-S202 receiver and they crank and sound excellent. Will add subwoofer at some point to complement the sound even more.

I purchased these speakers around 6 weeks ago. The voice and highs on this speaker are just phenominal. They lack a bit in the lows but that's not why I purchased them for. I wanted a set of speakers for the mid and highs and these are perfect. I have fell in love with them, ans for me they are perfect. These are my first Klipsch speakers and they are a pleasure to listen too over and over again. These are keepers until something better comes out, but I don't know how you can get more perfect than these.

These bookshelf speakers are the best that I have listened to so far. They are very well reviewed from multiple online reviews that you can find on Google. I played Friday Night in San Francisco by Al Di Meola, John McLaughlin. The separation of the instruments and clarity is amazing. I played No Ordinary Love by Sade. The base is impressive on these speakers and the clarity of Sade's voice. I played Someone Like You by Adele and the nuance of her voice shines. I power with a Pioneer Elite VSX-33 receiver in stereo. I am not running a subwoofer with these speakers currently. However I am shopping for a musical focused subwoofer.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of detail presentation and the depth of the soundstage. When paired with a REL T/5X, I was blown away by the overall sound. I had originally been concerned about the edginess of the treble with Klipsch speakers but found that they have much more of a neutral presentation than any Klipsch speakers I had heard in the past. For their price, they are a fantastic value; the fact that I caught them on sale simply made them a no-brainer and the ability to bi-amp them only made them that much more attractive to me.

I heard Steve Guttenberg review these speakers online and referred to the RPM 600s as MAGICAL. I bought a pair on sale and I haven't looked back. They are the best bookshelf speakers I have ever owned. They almost sparkle with energy and verve, but they also deliver music with warmth and detail. I will say that MAGICAL was an apt description .

My new RP-600M II are the first new "bookshelf " speakers I've bought in at least 25 years. I think the RP must stand for Really Pleasing. I've been the owner of both LaScalas and Heresy's over the years so I'm quite familiar with quality Klipsch sound. These bookshelf speakers are no exception to that rule. I'm impressed with the clarity and fullness of range they have. 5 stars!!??

Using these as my surround sound repalcements. They replaced my previous Synergy series surrounds. The improved low end and enhanced highs made these a worthy placement for the intended purpose. Great bookshelf speaker!

So far they are doing very well still burning them in. But a big improvement over the RP160m. Got these at a great price expect to keep them a long time. Won't go wrong with them

I have been using these speakers for 3 weeks now and I have been as happy with them as I had hoped. The build quality, weight, aesthetic, and look are what I love about Klipsche. (also, the terminals are higher quality, it's the little things)

I could not be happier with these little bookshelf speakers. They sound great without a sub-woofer, but sound superb with one. I've auditioned these with a 300 WPC power amp and lower powered receivers and they sound equally good with either power source. I am using them in a 25'X20' room and they fill the room nicely. My limited Klipsch exposure until now has been with an older pair of Heresies, which I found to be harsh and fatiguing. These RP 600M II's, however are very well balanced and sound great to my ears; not fatiguing at all. I highly recommend these great little speakers. I purchased the 24" Klipsch stands but they are currently on back order for the next 2 months.

I have used Klipsch speakers for the last 30 years. I am a fanatic over this brand knowing higher quality exists and excessive pricing mostly are available. I am used to the Klipsch floor standing speakers as they fill my living surrounding entertainment rooms. Currently, I am on a 5.2.4 set up. I read about these RP-600M-II for a while and lately many user statements praise them high. I needed it to find out and pulled the trigger purchasing a set. Wow was my first reaction. I know and understand about the bad reviews, and I figure. they have an equipment problem not a speaker issue. Highs and lows can be adjusted to your will. RP-600M-II perform -engineered to almost perfection.
