The sound quality and noise cancelling is great but the case it garbage. Bose does not warranty it. I got these as a gift and ow I can charge them.

These fit well and have good sound cancellation. I had no connectivity issues people talked about and the battery life is good. This is my second pair not because the first pair died, but because my son lost one bud.

Purchased less than 2 years ago for over $300, left earbud no longer works at all. Sound quality was good, but the overall value was absolutely terrible - constant issues with connecting to bluetooth. Every other pair of wireless earbuds will last 5x longer than these.

Had these for a few weeks having previously had various Sennhieser and Sony item. These are by far the most comfortable with the best noise control. The bass is a little boosted but I prefer this and could dial it down with the equaliser if needs be. There are better out there if you're after absolute sound definition, but to live with and particularly travel I don't think I could do any better.

I got it as a gift for mother's Day and love them. The noise cancelling is better than my beats studio pro 3. The bass and clarity are the best. Happy with my gift!

I love the bass in these. The clarity of the music is exceptional. I'm loving the modes (the quiet mode is exactly what it says. I don't hear anything at all in my background, even if music isn't playing. These are just the best!

I've had my buds for about 2 months now using them daily. The sound for music is great, however on calls they pick up so much sound around me they're unusable. The tech needs some work too, sometimes the Bluetooth just drops and sometimes they stop working (on 60% battery) and need to be connected to power to get up and going again. If I had known this I wouldn't have purchased them considering the price tag.

sound is the best I've heard... BUT, phone calls- no one can hear me, connection to device.... so many times Ive almost smash em on the floor ... but the prize is that high that I'll rather beat someone when I'm angry... so please could you do something with Bluetooth connection ?! I bought them for travel to my work, but instead of listening music I am trying to connect them 30 minutes, restart device, unpair pair again turn on/off Bluetooth... exhausting.. and also ANC - when bus hit hole on the road or something hit whatever around you its doing unpleasuring pop sound with pressure into your ear

Hard to adjust volume. Sometimes get disconnected from a bluetooth with no reason. Need to top back to the case for several seconds to overcome that.

Have had these buds about a month. Use them exclusively ar the gym. Can not hear anything other than my music! They stay put better than any other buds I have owned. I have owned about 10 sets of other buds. Could not justify the price until I got the refurbished email. My search is over!!

These are by far the earbuds that I have ever owned. I have had a hard with keeping earbuds in my ear before but these are perfect and secure. The sound is like a movie theater

I bought these a few days back. I have had Bose earbuds before. These are the best noise cancellation earbuds with Dolby Atmos sound.. I have tried them in Traffic, when TV is playing at home, in the gym. They quite down external sounds to the best. The in ear rings keep the earbuds intact while moving for any activity which is just amazing? I have worn them for up to 4hrs continuously without any discomfort.. Does require some getting used too at the begging. The smart features like auto pause/ play when you remove and put a earbud back is very unique..
