 CrystalSky  Created for outdoor aerial imaging, the CrystalSky monitor features an ultra-bright screen that is clearly visible in sunlight. It is designed from the ground up to work seamlessly with the DJI GO app, giving camera operators total control.   Ultra-Bright  A maximum 2000 cd/m2 of brightness means the CrystalSky monitor is more than four times as bright as typical mobile devices. On-screen details are clear and sharp and colors are vibrant, giving the quality needed to fine tune image composition. A dedicated Sunlight Readability Enhancement mode is especially designed for processing the image in real-time to ensure more comfortable viewing under bright light.   Smoother Video Display  The CrystalSky monitor uses optimized video decoding to decode video in real-time. Due to limitations in software access on smartphones and tablets, video decoding in other smart devices is less than ideal. When used to view photos or videos transmitted by the camera, problems can occur including video jitter, long latency and more. The CrystalSky monitor's optimized decoder provides smooth, real-time video with minimal latency.   Customized System And DJI Go  A newly designed system removes unnecessary Android apps and services and is resistant to viruses and junk software. This ensures that the CrystalSky monitor is able to offer optimum performance at all times. Its embedded DJI GO app provides full access to all DJI GO features including aircraft parameter adjustment, camera control, footage management and playback. Power Supply  A two cell 4920 mAh secondary external battery gives the CrystalSky monitor a longer operating time than comparable mobile devices. Dual SD Card Slots  Equipped with dual Micro SD Card slots, the CrystalSky monitor's storage can be extended or footage recorded on a Micro SD Card can be played back directly on the monitor. Crystal Sky-Yes!

At first I was using my cell phone which was a joke after hooking this screen up to the controller. It's bright enough to over come the sun on bright days. Must have for your controller setup.

Must Have

I wish I’d bought this display sooner!  It’s so much brighter and has no latency flicker like the tablets do.  Good visibility in direct sunlight!  It’s definitely pricey but the installation and fit are great.  Adorama is a fast shipper and keeps a good inventory.

Much Brighter!

This Crystalsky monitor makes taking stills and video extremely easy. Even in bright light conditions. I’m even getting a second one for use on the FPV view while flying the  Inspire. It works much better than my IPad I’ve been using.

Great product

What a huge difference from using an iPhone or iPad. Very responsive, clear, and so much easier on the eyes even in direct sunshine. Gives one more confidence in flying.

It did not take me long to figure out why these are so much better then cell phones and tablets. Don’t waste your time and frustration, get one now.

Best thing ever

Don’t know why I waited so long for this! Works great with my Mavic Pro 2. No more using cell phones and tablets not being able to see in moderate or direct sunlight. I can see things I never even realized I was missing. Colors are great and you can play your 4k video through the Crystalsky to your 4k video. You can do so much more also. I was hesitant about it running Android operating system but haven’t had any issues or hiccups. Why are you still reading this go buy one now!!!

Crystalsky Goodness!!!

Was using ipad pro and  I frequently had to change its position due to glare and sunlight.  I would estimate the crystalsky to be 50% brighter than ipad with much less glare.  The crystalsky is definitely not as fast as the ipad pro and screen updates for satellite views are not as fast.  I use the Crystalsky in multiple drones, spark, mavic pros and phantom 4 pro.  Switching between spark and mavics is easy but am still looking for a compatible solution to use it as easily with phantom 4 pro

Provides a nice bright view in bright sunlight

Worked in 108 Texas heat

Huge. Arrived just in time. Right before we get 20°F. Side by side with an iPad in the cold, CrystalSky just lasts and last. Poor iPad Pro only a couple months old and battery is gone in cold temps.
