Another quality Bose product, replaced my 15 year old Bose Lifestyle V10 that went out. Should probably include mounting brackets with unit.

I purchased the Sound Bar and Base 500 units. VERY POOR instructions!!!!!I downloaded app and for 2 weeks tried to sync. Finally I went on to the live chat, which took forever, and the agent spent over 1/2 hour trying this and that. I almost hung upd was going to send back this junk. Everyone told me to buy Trivoli instead. I did not listen, what a mistake!!!!! I still don't know if it is wireless!!!!

Not really sure what i expected out of a sound bar. It does its job i guess, and using it i can hear better over the sound of any fans that may be running in the vacinity of my tv. That being said, it came with no setup instructions, and i had to download an app that also didnt have instructions. It doesnt automatically turn on with my other devices, which is terribly annoying, because i either need to open the app or find the remote or turn it on locally every time. I feel like this is more made to be paired with an entire surround sound setup than to be used by utself. Im not necessarily upset about my purchase, but its definitely not worth $600.

Excellent soundbar. I have a small/medium sized living room and a soundbar is really the only option to go because of the awkward shape of it. This soundbar is very punchy and far superior than the TV speakers. We can now actually hear what people are saying. I've had Spotify (running from the TV) coming out of it too and the sound is amazing for that too. Still playing around with the settings from the app and haven't found that sweet spot yet but it's fun messing around with the settings. That said, you don't need to mess with them because the sound is brilliant with default settings. We are now looking to replace our Beats speaker and Bose is now on our radar. We have it sat under the TV. Money well spent.

I got this around a month ago and I have had nothing but issues with the app and the soundbar not turning on with the tv and sometimes not turning on at all with the power button on the top nor the app or remote Zero point having an app if 90 percent of the time it does not work and to get it working you have to re install the app. Even on sale it's not worth it. Last bose product I buy not sure what happened to your standards Bose but they are long gone

I am blown away by the difference having this soundboard makes compared to the television speaker only. Truly an amazing upgrade that enhances all types of programming. I have not used this with Spotify as yet but look forward to it with great eagerness. Well done!

The sound bar is just ok. It often stops working and disconnects. We went decades with our 321 system with no issues. I'm not happy and wouldn't recommend.

I purchased this specific model because it listed as a feature that using Artificial Intelligence the device can focus on dialogue and make it clearer. I'm happy to report it really works.

I bought recently the smart sound bar . I am using this since then . It is amazing and excellent crisp sound. The dialogues are crisp and crystal clear which i needed badly. Previously I couldn't be able to hear the dialogues that much clear and I used to depend on captions. Now I don't need. The listening music is great with Bose particularly Indian classical music. This I purchased to take it to India where I can enjoy music and movies in atmos .you can adjust the music as per your taste from Bose app. Thank you Bose for the excellent technology in a small bar.

This is the 3rd Smart Soundbar I have purchased. Returned the first two due to CEC problems. All 3 soundbars have the same CEC problem. The soundbar keeps disconnecting from my Sony Bravia tv no matter which CEC option is selected. This happens 10-20 times a day. Will not purchase Bose products in the future. Too bad because the sound is quite impressive when soundbar works.

I've been wanting a Bose speaker for so many years. I finally got the Bose Smart Soundbar and I'm loving it! I look forward to using it every day. I can hear the musical instruments crisp and clear. This was the upgrade my motor home needed. My motor home came with the Bose TV bar. While this was sufficient for tv sound, music was tinny and hollow. I decided to upgrade to this soundbar and am so happy with the music experience. Rich sound, easy pairing to my phone via Bluetooth and a simple remote to control the bar. This is my sixth Bose product over the years and it strengthens brand loyalty.

I've had this product for the several months and it's all I need to enhance the sound on my Samsung TV. Setup was a breeze and the app makes it easy to navigate through the different settings. I've always been a huge Bose fan and this certainly doesn't disappoint!
