I am blown away by the difference having this soundboard makes compared to the television speaker only. Truly an amazing upgrade that enhances all types of programming. I have not used this with Spotify as yet but look forward to it with great eagerness. Well done!

Nice Product. Not without Challenges

The sound bar is just ok. It often stops working and disconnects. We went decades with our 321 system with no issues. I'm not happy and wouldn't recommend.

Ok at best.

I purchased this specific model because it listed as a feature that using Artificial Intelligence the device can focus on dialogue and make it clearer. I'm happy to report it really works.

I bought recently the smart sound bar . I am using this since then . It is amazing and excellent crisp sound. The dialogues are crisp and crystal clear which i needed badly. Previously I couldn't be able to hear the dialogues that much clear and I used to depend on captions. Now I don't need. The listening music is great with Bose particularly Indian classical music. This I purchased to take it to India where I can enjoy music and movies in atmos .you can adjust the music as per your taste from Bose app.

Great addition

This is the 3rd Smart Soundbar I have purchased. Returned the first two due to CEC problems. All 3 soundbars have the same CEC problem. The soundbar keeps disconnecting from my Sony Bravia tv no matter which CEC option is selected. This happens 10-20 times a day. Will not purchase Bose products in the future. Too bad because the sound is quite impressive when soundbar works.

CEC Technology Fail

I've been wanting a Bose speaker for so many years. I finally got the Bose Smart Soundbar and I'm loving it! I look forward to using it every day. I can hear the musical instruments crisp and clear. The surround sound transports you to a place as though the band is playing right next to you. Bose amplified the instruments that I didn't know were in the music. Bose makes the instruments stand out when my other speakers didn't. With the Bose Smart Soundbar, you won't just be listening to the music... You'll be moved by it!

A little tricky to do the set up but once it was done it has been 100% hands off works great and sounds great

Great speaker

This was the upgrade my motor home needed. My motor home came with the Bose TV bar. While this was sufficient for tv sound, music was tinny and hollow. I decided to upgrade to this soundbar and am so happy with the music experience. Rich sound, easy pairing to my phone via Bluetooth and a simple remote to control the bar. This is my sixth Bose product over the years and it strengthens brand loyalty.

Rich music sound

I've had this product for the several months and it's all I need to enhance the sound on my Samsung TV. Setup was a breeze and the app makes it easy to navigate through the different settings. I've always been a huge Bose fan and this certainly doesn't disappoint!

I am amazed at how easy the set up went, especially for a not so "techy" brain!

I brought this couple months ago enjoy listening ti clarity of the sound bar. So crisp. Love it!!

looks good and sounds very good. no hassle to set up. dialogue and speech are nicely enhanced for easy listening and understanding.
it does get a bit clunky when going back to TV after listening to radio through the soundbar. takes a bit of fiddling around to get the TV and soundbar back in unison.

It's like a tv speaker,, sound quality is ok, but no surround sound effects,, need to update, the sound bar app go off many times,.

Best investment I made for my home sound needs. And Bose customer service is top notch.

Excellent sound and customer service

It's good, but I bought it to use as a surround sound bar. The website says it will sync with the main soundbar, and it does. However, once I sync it, the voice sync messes up. I had to remove the additional soundbar from the group on the app to fix the voice sync. I also passed the return date, so I'm stuck with it.

Doesn't sync well in a group

This changed the way I watch TV! The movie back ground effects are more effective.Low volume music is great!

Awesome sound

I purchased the BOSE SMART SOUNDBAR about a month ago to improve the sound quality of my new SONY BRAVIA 8 television. Setting up the soundbar was very easy by following the directions provided by Bose. Sound quality is crisp and movie dialog is easier to understand. The Bose App is very helpful in customizing the soundbar. I'm using the soundbar with Apple TV and they integrate well with each other. The soundbar fits nicely under my TV set stand.

Soundbar provides excellent audio quality

What a great addition to our entertainment system. Allows multiple device inputs with ease. Set up was flawless even my wife who is technically challenged made the connections without assistance.

Great System Addition

Spence I purchased the sound bar I have no complaints nothing but good things.

It hits better than my old setup with sub; I can't max this volume out and you really can hear audio cleaner. I always needed the closed caption before. And my TV auto shuts off (sometimes with/without soundbar but this has a feature to auto detect a source to come back on so no more having to turn on e on or the other. Real convenient!

Very good purchase!

I have had this bar for around a week or 2. The sound is very good and I've had no connection issues with my LG tv. Works well with the app too and airplay. However Alexa was a struggle to set up and now set I realise it can't control Apple Music as Bose don't support in their app. I really think as one of the big hitters Bose should think about fixing this one point.

Great sound. Missing the odd feature

The sound output and the quality was good compared to the price, one of the best of its kind, would say its a good deal.
