Oh, that "Leica Glow"
I walked into Adorama in December 2009, took the "plunge," and bought this lens just before the price increase of Jan 2010. I use it with my M7 film camera, and I have not noticed any back focus issues with my copy. It definitely has a distinctive signature i.e., swirlly bokeh, high contrast, and mind boggling sharpness.
