Camera as promised. I'm most happy with the zoom. It's focus is sharp and the image out of the SDI is bright. I like how the iris and other setting are controllable. The thing that keeps this camera at a 4 star is 1) the menus are not all available from the PTZ joystick controller, and only the IR remote. For me, the camera and the joystick are in different rooms. Kinda inconvenient. 2) there is a significant delay when outputting over SDI. There must be some processing that happens internally that slows it down on the output. The rest of the SDI inputs in my system are much closer timed, so I know it's only on this camera.

Camera looks nice and seems nice but can?t really say whether it is good or bad because I cannot get the rest of the product from the store ( due to back order ) to be able to test and see but others tell me it?s great.

Camera is great. Remote is a little clunky, but useful. The manual could be a little more user-friendly, but after spending a little time on it I got all the kinks worked out.

My high school bought these cameras for streaming sports during COVID. The three camera setup was great for us because we can use them separately at different events/locations. We can also use them together for future uses (we are thinking football). The only downsides are that if you are not familiar with streaming, it's a bit confusing how to use these. You can't just plug these in to your computer. You need to get a capture card and cable/adapter for that. Speaking of cables, there are quite a few ports in the back of the camera, but cables for the majority of ports are not included. One nice thing about each camera is that they come with their own remote, but the remote sensor on the camera is in front, so if you are standing behind/next to the camera, the remote won't work. You need to be at an angle that is in front of the camera. Lastly, creating an IP address for each camera was a bit of a headache for me. I still haven't quite figured it out after watching numerous tutorials.

Great product only problem is conflict between controllers. Use IPZ controller (free download) and you won’t have a problem.

Great picture quality, easy setup. Remote works fine, but I'm excited to try other PTZ controls, both hardware and software. I'm using this in a house of worship for our live stream. I'll definitely be adding more of these as we expand our live stream production. A little strange that the only way to change video output resolution and frame rate is with a physical rotary dial rather than a menu setting. You always have to refer to a chart to know what setting you're on (i.e. "6" = 1080p/30fps). Love the sleek profile of the camera and multiple mounting options. Extremely versatile both in mounting options and output options (I've used SDI and HDMI so far).

This is the 4th PTZ optics camera we've purchased and we love it. We are extremely appreciative that in this challenging time of purchasing streaming equipment Adorama kept us informed on equipment as it arrived in stock. We were able to order video equipment at a critical time and are installing this for a church in need.

Nice camera for discrete live production. Live motion at high zoom levels can be a little rough, but good considering the price point.

We purchased this for our church and it is working great so far. The fact that it can be controlled remotely is a huge plus. Can’t wait to purchase a second camera.
