It is practically impossible to break it mine has 2000 miles on it and it is three years old it's still runs very well. The only thing that happens with an old scooter is the battery life goes down drastically. but it is a very good beginner scooter and it will take you where you need to go.

Have had this scooter for 5 yrs. Have never ever had a problem with it. It is my second. Segway scooter. They are highly reliable, easy to maintain and alot of fun. Highly recommend

Nice all around scooter but range deteriorates rapidly in sport mode. Other modes are really too slow and only good for level terrain. The first scooter Segway sent me had a bad motor. It took a full three weeks to get a replacement: it took time to deal with customer service and they required a video to get authorization for return, then took time get a label and take to UPS, and more time for Segway to confirm the scooter actually was bad before they sent a new one. The first time I charged the battery on the second one it only charged to 88%, and has been going downhill since. Likely not a very good battery.

I've had this scooter for over two years now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The speed is decently fast - definitely enough to make rides enjoyable and efficient. It's handled daily use really well, and the battery life has stayed pretty solid over time. In terms of issues, I've only had one minor problem in all that time, which was easy to fix. Other than that, it's been super reliable. If you're looking for a scooter that's dependable and holds up well over time, I'd definitely recommend this one!

Overall was a pretty good scooter, lasted for a solid 2 years but the repair is quite easy so can last a lot longer, although battery does seem to be diminishing over time.

I've been very happy with my G30LP. It's decently quick, top speed is accurate around 18mph, there's more than enough range for my needs, and I haven't had any issues with it. It's reliable and works great.

I have owned my Ninebot KickScooter MAX G30LP for 3 years now and it has been a wonderful experience. I have had a lot of fun and have had no issues or concerns. I am so pleased that I am now in the process of purchasing a second Segway Scooter.

Bought this for a friend and he loves it! He uses it in college and says that it's perfect, especially when transitioning between classes, as the time is cut short, from 12 minutes of walking to less than 5 minutes of travel time.

Great commuter option - very lightweight, easy to handle, and looks good. However, could be faster, and I am not a fan of pushing on the accelerator continuously. Would have liked a regular scooter-like accelerator instead.

It's my first EV. I love it now. I took it to the bank for its, and my, first test drive. 4. 1 miles in 30 minutes. I've been an avid bicyclist for many years but I'm in my 50's now and all the pedaling takes a lot out of me. This is great because I can go out and get some fresh air, I don't have to pedal, and also I'm standing instead of hunched over the bicycle. (It's more important when you have back problems. )

This is my first electric scooter, and I am very pleased with it. It rides very well, build quality is exceptional, and the software in the app is very intuitive. I've been able to get and even exceed expected range on the battery, which is awesome! My one complaint is with the charging. I've noticed that sometimes, not all the time, once I plug it in after a ride that once it gets to full charge it's almost as if the charger or battery doesn't reconcile that it's fully charged and keeps going through a beeping cycle, where the charger brick does not turn green as expected. I somewhat found a way around this by forcing the scooter to turn off when it starts doing this and then it stops, charger slowly turning green over time and the issue doesn't persist. I can't fathom how or why this happens and some insight would be fantastic.

I bought it as a Christmas present for my daughter. Right out of the box, it had an error code. You would think it would have been quality-checked. Now, I have to send it back, and according to the email I received, I may still be responsible for repair charges.

We purchased 4 of these for Christmas. 1 of them did not work straight out of the box. It was a bad battery. Customer service mailed a new battery on Christmas Day. We received the battery, and it was different than the one in the scooter. From further investigation, the one in the scooter (that we bought directly from Segway) is a much cheaper, battery. It all seems very sketchy.

This scooter has great speed and control, very easy to assemble (2 - 3 minutes for some screws), and easy to use. Battery holds a good charge. The headlight and bell are nice safety features. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered seats to go with this as a package deal and did not receive them. They charged me and never bother to tell me we weren't getting them, nor was they in the box. When I called to tell them, they were like sorry they are out of stock and we don't know when they will be back in stock. I ordered them for two young kids that needs the seats. When and if they come back in stock they will be full price. That should be illegal. I guess if I hadn't called I would not even received a refund, which I am still waiting on.

Error code 21 immediately after taking it out of the box. Tried the troubleshooting steps recommended in the Segway app and on the Segway website. None worked. Sent three emails to Segway support asking for help to get this resolved (return, local repair shop, local Segway dealer). Finally got a response that included a link to the troubleshooting steps I've already tried. No response to my follow up email (yet). Don't waste your time or money.

Guard mode needs to be a bit more secure to prevent people from just riding off with the scooter. Maybe add a key, so the owner can feel more secure.

I've purchased a few F series and wasn't truly satisfied. Bought this one and couldn't be happier. I'm 6'4 235. I do lose 4 mph on a 6- 10° incline but what goes up must come down!

Bought this alongside a kids scooter last month, been extremely pleased. Has great pickup and very responsive. Keeps its charge for days of commute to and from work and school. Great scooter for adults with short commute or kids leisure. 100% recommend.
