I bought this "L" bracket for my Nikon 7II for use on a tripod and occasional monopod. I could have bought a cheaper one, but have found over time that RRS products are more durable and always fit perfectly.

Designed with the user in mind, the BZ7 plate can be used in conjunction with the Nikon FTZ adapter without any hindrance. As part of a modular set, the BZ7 plate can be combined with a custom, CNC machined L-shaped component, transforming it into a full-featured L-plate with both horizontal and vertical RRS dovetail rails. The L-component features a second QD socket, integrated hex key, and full access to the left side port doors of the camera. It is shaped to allow the doors to fully swing out of the way, ensuring easy access. Additionally, the L-component can be slid up to 1.25" away from the left-hand side of the camera, accommodating full cable tethering while shooting in portrait orientation.
