Fits perfect. Well made. Like the fact that it can be used with ND filters as well as 6.6x8.5 ND filters with the adapter.

I love the filters but a little cumbersome having to place the adapter on and off. They are very large and somewhat difficult to take around in the camera bag.

The filter and mounting unit work great and I'm very happy with the performance and results. I use the product on a 17mm canon tilt shift lens. I would have given this 5 stars but the little plastic rivets have fallen out and I've only used it 3 or 4 times. I'm not sure what purpose these rivets serve? They seem to be cosmetic. I don't see any loss of performance without these plastic rivets but I am puzzled on their purpose. I've attached a photo of where the missing plastic rivets are located.

Everything arrived on time. The filter mount and filter assembled without any problems. It is massive and takes time to adjust to the size. All metal mount and filter ring. I think we will get along just fine.

Pretty sweet product, however, it needs some improvement. The collar assembly is well made and fits perfectly. Image quality with the polarizer is good, without any issue. My personal issue is that all 4 of the little brass pins around the edge fell out or broke off in the first week of owning it! Doesn't affect IQ but certainly illustrates a weakness in the design. I'll keep it and keep using it, but disappointed in that aspect of the system. Otherwise I'd certainly give it a 5star rating.

I understand how difficult it is to have a filter setup for the Sigma 12-24 wide angle lens is, so I was very excited when I found this kit. Although the entire setup is very well made, the attachment I received with my kit was not big enough to make the setup work with said lens, and I returned the order.....

This item was value priced as $199 bought me the filter holder and a circular polarizer (CPL). I cannot judge the quality of the CPL as it is not my strong point. I can however tell you that the filter holder mounts easily and securely. The cap is convenient and provides needed protection for the vulnerable ts-e 17 bulbous element. Eventually, I plan on purchasing some natural density filters on it. Adorama had this value kit out of stock but shipped out in few days! Thank you.

The WonderPana is a revolutionary lens hood filter system, which allows photographers to use filters on their Super-Wide Angle (SWA) and Ultra-Wide Angle (UWA) lenses. The system helps create the right lighting balance when capturing images using your UWA and SWA by giving you the ability to use filters on certain lenses where it was not possible to do so before.
The WonderPana core unit doubles as a metal hood which gives added protection to the front lens element and the plastic built-in hood that is on many SWA/UWA lenses. The core unit is what provides the photographer a place to attach filters and a dedicated heavy duty snap-on lens cap to protect your unprotected lenses. The WonderPana System is a perfect fit for panorama, nature, architectural, fashion and event photographers, as well as, analog and digital filmmakers.
The WonderPana 145 System will work with all Fotodiox Pro 145mm round filters; including Multi-coated UV filters, Circular Polarizers and Neutral Density 4, 8, 16 and 32 filters. So whether you just want to protect your expensive SWA/UWA lens (UV Filter), darken the scene for longer exposures (ND4/8/16/32 Filters) or remove reflections and enhance colors (CPL Filter) the WonderPana 145 will allow you to grab more creative control than ever before!
Use of a polarizing filter, in the correct direction, will filter out the polarized component of skylight, darkening the sky; the landscape below it and clouds, will be less affected, giving a photograph with a darker and more dramatic sky and emphasizing the clouds. The benefits of polarizing filters are largely unaffected by the move to digital photography: while software post-processing can simulate many other types of filter, a photograph does not record the degree of polarization, so the optical effects of controlling polarization at the time of exposure cannot be replicated in software.
