I bought it to trigger my studio strobes remotely (Flashpoint 600ws) when using my old and trusty flash meter. . I did not want to use the remote on the camera as it is awkward to use when taking incident light readings. It is small enough to put it in my pocket after use, my meter does not trigger the strobes remotely or via cable. Twenty dollars well spent, it works great!

These things look just like the image. Works well enough. Took a little bit of setting up, getting them all on the same group/channel/id. But they work! They just work weather sync line or on body flash it works great! Plus they are cheap great all around.

Product appears well built. What I would like is an instruction pamphlet that is very well written and clear! The one that comes with it is okay and you can muddle through it but just wish all mfgs would make these much clearer, concise, and to the point. Otherwise they worked as they should have so I have no complaints about that.

Seems very good. I like the fact it uses AA batteries instead of some receivers that use AAA. Have not had any flash failures though I'm mostly using them in my house right now.

I got this to solve a sync issue I was having with my point and shoot camera and it worked great.

I've tried two of these myself and both have had bad misfire problems and a few odd reactions from evolv 200s. I do have control units that fire with the same strobes flawlessly, so it is clear that this unit is at fault.

1) Works by itself as a trigger for Godox or (with a sync cord) pretty much any other brand of strobe. 2) Works in conjunction with the R2 Pro II and a light meter. Just put the R2 Pro II in app mode if using the Single Pin to adjust lights. Very handy. Personally, I use it with a Sekonic L-308 in flash meter mode, using this single pin to test fire the flash and get my readings. Then I adjust as necessary. The R2 Pro II on camera is in App mode. This way I don't have to try to hold the camera while metering the subject--just this little trigger. Super convenient!

Have been very reliable. Use them on older Yongnuo flashes after I turn off the Yongnuo radio.

These are great for metering, as I can hold one of these to trigger the AD400 lights while metering, and then adjust accordingly. I use an R2 Pro II trigger/controller on my camera, but this is great to hold in my hand for metering. If the R2 Pro II is in APP mode, it doesn't change new, metered settings when I start shooting. Also, for quick, casual use, say tests and lighting setups, it works great on the hotshoe too. Controls modeling light. I thought about getting an all-in-one light meter with Godox control, but I like my Sekonic L-308's lightness and simplicity. Having one of these as I approach subjects to meter is, for me, a better alternative.

Seamless integration with R2 and not very big. It's a great addition.

I love this particular trigger because it works with all of the different brand cameras that I have. No need to look around for which trigger goes with what brand camera. Thanks Flashpoint!

It's good if you want a single pin transmitter...just wish the screen was tilted

Nice, inexpensive solution for triggering Flashpoint & Godox lights. Good user interface, easy to use. Uses commonly-available AA batteries, a plus. Works with multiple camera brands; I've used it so far with Nikon and Olympus / OM System cameras to trigger Flashpoint & Godox speedlights. No TTL control due to the single-pin design, but I knew that pre-purchase. Also an inexpensive backup for some of the other triggers I have, such as the X1TN and X1TO. Recommended.

I got these transceivers to control my speedlights when they are off camera. I use Flashpoint strobes and this allows all my lighting to be controlled with one system.

As a studio lighting newbie, this transceiver was super easy to set up with an external flash. No complaints!

For the money, you can't beat it. Why doesn't Fuji incorporate wireless remote? Don't know. But, Flashpoint fixed it for you.

This simple transceiver set make any camera system compatable with the Flashpoint R2/Godox strobles. A much more cost effective trigger than having to buy a dedicated trigger for your camera system.

Want to use a Godox/Flashpoint light with your Leica? Ok. Want to use your weird old Hasselblad with proprietary hot shoe (the sort where you'd have to carefully tape off TTL pins with triggers made for other brands) with your Godox lights? Ok. Want to use even more obscure, weirder cameras that only have a PC sync port with your Godox lights? Add a little adapter cable, and, ok. Want to trigger a non-Godox/Flashpoint light + integrate it with the rest of a Godox wireless lighting setup? Flip from Tx to Rx, and, ok. Why isn't every trigger.. this? It's cheap and it just works. Yes, you lose HSS, but that's a small price to pay for a trigger that does everything.

Works as described. I use it to remotely trigger my shutter by pressing the lightning bolt button on my Flashpoint flash controller. In other words, I am using this for only a small part of its capabilities.
