This lens is incredible. It's not for everything, but if you want a lens for those special shoots such as skateboarding, or capturing an entire scene, this lens is it. The price point is reasonable and the lens is solid.

Amazing budget wide angle.
Just unveiled, the 7.5mm F2.8 Mark II Fisheye Lens for Nikon Z is a testament to superior optical engineering. This second-generation lens boasts a refined optical structure, featuring a single glass with a higher refractive index in the front glass group. This innovative design replaces the first-generation cemented glass, enhancing the lens's performance and image quality.
In addition to this, the rear group of the optical glass is now integrated with HOYA ED glass. This significant upgrade effectively mitigates chromatic aberration, ensuring your images are sharper and more vibrant than ever before. Despite these enhancements, the lens maintains its wide field of view, providing you with an expansive perspective for your photography.
The 7.5mm F2.8 Mark II Fisheye Lens for Nikon Z also showcases a more intricate and precise polishing process than its predecessor. While the lens still comprises 11 lenses, the total optical length has been reduced, resulting in a more compact design. This makes the lens not only more portable but also easier to handle, enhancing your overall photography experience.
The lens's aesthetic appeal has not been compromised in this new generation. It retains the all-metal mirror body of the first generation, but now features a shell oxidation process and a lens mount color replaced with electroplated tungsten steel color. This not only enhances its visual appeal but also its durability, ensuring your lens can withstand the rigors of regular use.
Now adapted to the Nikon Z mount, the 7.5mm F2.8 Mark II Fisheye Lens offers users more versatility and compatibility. Please note, due to the wide shooting angle of this fisheye lens, a hood filter holder may obstruct the imaging. Therefore, this lens does not currently include a filter holder or hood.
