They work but get delivered incorrectly assembled
I had to disassemble and reassemble as the batteries were put together backwards.. very annoying with the plastic covering I had to peel off

Good products. Ship fast.
This is my second replacement battery for my UPS. Each battery has lasted several years past the warranty time. I'm very happy with APC. They ship fast.The first replacement came with a recycle plan so I could send the spent battery back to them. This latest battery did not. Somewhat disappointed about that since I live on an island. I'll find some way to recycle it.

Fast easy purchase & delivery
I'm glad I bought the exact replacement battery. It was easy to remove old battery and slide the new one in place. The labels on battery is all you need to install the new battery. It did come with several pages of instructions for opening compartment and battery swap. Wnen I need batteries again I have no doubt I will buy from you again!

Frustrating Website
Battery is working great...have wasted 20 minutes trying to get paperwork for sending in product registration warranty. Website has no provision in its multitude of list of the device

Very Easy Replacement
The replacement battery was very easy to install. I just took out the old one then put in the new one, then plugged in the Back-Ups in the wall and turned it on. It took about the day to fully charge but it's back up and running.

Good product but disappointing delivery
Very happy with the product - I have six APC UPS's of various sizes in my home. But I am never happy (4 stars instead of 5) with your shipments of replacement batteries because you always leave me "in limbo": while you promptly acknowledge my order, you then transfer it to a "fullfillment partner" who is a mystery! No acknowledgment, no tracking, no further communication at all, and I am left to wonder when or if my replacement battery will ever be delivered! Surely you can do better? Why can't you have your "partner" continue to keep your customer apprised of their order's status (e.g., when it is shipped), and even a tracking number? Is that too much to ask?

New batteries APC XS -1500
Replacement batteries XS-1500, Your site said i got the last set in stock for this discontinued batteryback up. When i got the battery low alert on my machine, i turned the machine off. When the new batteries arrived 5 days later, when i took the old batteries out, they were quite warm. They did not cool off for the remaining days bwfore disposal. Fire hazzard? New batteries though solved the issue at hand.

Ordered, paid for, said it would ship in 3 days, and three weeks later nothing. No one answers the phone, no replies to my emails....terrible. I've used APC for decades and this may change my allegiance.

APC Battery Replacement
I've had battery backups attached to my PC's, monitors, modem & router and TV's for years. Currently, I own five APC Back UPS 1500's. Periodic battery replacement is a fact of life and APC has made it so incredibly easy to do. From the replacement battery selector webpage to the battery installation, it couldn't be easier.

New battery received and installed easily
ordering and installing the new battery was easy as could be. I appreciate the fact that the battery was available so I did not have to buy a whole new unit and the return of the core for recycling was easy as well.

Long lasting
Excellent, modular , slide in and out, was so easy to install replacement.
The first battery lasted us about seven years. This backup keeps my wifi
Up and running through many brown outs, what more could you want.
During full outages we have almost two hours of cable tv with it.

Easy to order and replace these UPS batteries
Exact replacement for my APC Back-UPS 1500. I originally purchased two of these UPS units a little over 5 years ago. This unit sits inside a warm cabinet while the other one, which is still sporting its original battery, is in a cooler location and working fine. I'm satisfied with the battery life of these units. Battery replacement was easy both in terms of procurement and replacement.
