I purchased this at a time when the electric company's equipment malfunctioned. The power to the electrical outlet kept going out, causing the computer to shut down unexpectedly. Well, both this replacement battery and the electric company helped resolve that issue, which allowed me to keep my computer in a safe working condition. I'm extremely grateful. The delivery came before I expected it, and that too made a stressful situation turn into a peaceful solution. Now, I look forward to years of protection and good use. Thank you, Schneider Electric. I also discovered your physical location is in Chino. I can drive to Chino the next time, and save on the shipping and handling. I've owned my UPS for around 5 years ?I use it to protect my way over priced TV, computer , and some audio toys from voltage, fluctuations and blackouts. It gives me time to shut things off safely during a power outage?. It's worked flawlessly for years. I noticed that the battery is getting weak and I bought a new battery from Schneider who is the original manufacturer of my UPS and now it works perfectly again. I'm very happy that installing a new battery renewed my UPS ? much cheaper than buying a new one? my toys are safe

The replacement battery arrived within a few days my placing the order, replaced easily, and now works properly. However, some parts of the web site were difficult to navigate. Also, there is supposed to be a return label for sending the old battery back for recycling, but it's nowhere to be found. ??? I'll have to find some place to recycle it locally.

Ordered the battery to replace one that had died. Came well packaged and was a direct replacement. I only needs to charge it up before loading the UPS and it works perfectly.

The new battery must have been on the shelf a long time as the run time at no load was short. I wish you had a similar cost LI solution for home use.

I had to disassemble and reassemble as the batteries were put together backwards.. very annoying with the plastic covering I had to peel off

This is my second replacement battery for my UPS. Each battery has lasted several years past the warranty time. I'm very happy with APC. They ship fast.The first replacement came with a recycle plan so I could send the spent battery back to them. This latest battery did not. Somewhat disappointed about that since I live on an island. I'll find some way to recycle it.

I'm glad I bought the exact replacement battery. It was easy to remove old battery and slide the new one in place. The labels on battery is all you need to install the new battery. It did come with several pages of instructions for opening compartment and battery swap. Wnen I need batteries again I have no doubt I will buy from you again!

The replacement battery was very easy to install. I just took out the old one then put in the new one, then plugged in the Back-Ups in the wall and turned it on. It took about the day to fully charge but it's back up and running.

Very happy with the product - I have six APC UPS's of various sizes in my home. But I am never happy (4 stars instead of 5) with your shipments of replacement batteries because you always leave me "in limbo": while you promptly acknowledge my order, you then transfer it to a "fullfillment partner" who is a mystery! No acknowledgment, no tracking, no further communication at all, and I am left to wonder when or if my replacement battery will ever be delivered! Surely you can do better? Why can't you have your "partner" continue to keep your customer apprised of their order's status (e.g., when it is shipped), and even a tracking number? Is that too much to ask?

Replacement batteries XS-1500, Your site said i got the last set in stock for this discontinued batteryback up. When i got the battery low alert on my machine, i turned the machine off. When the new batteries arrived 5 days later, when i took the old batteries out, they were quite warm. They did not cool off for the remaining days bwfore disposal. Fire hazzard? New batteries though solved the issue at hand.
