Touch ID FTW

Appearance out of the box 10/10 Appearance after real world use 4/10. The matte black keys pick up and show oils like crazy, and within months the keycaps start to 'polish' from use and will never look the same again. Keyboard Feel 7/10. Certainly not the best typing feel, but decent clicky feedback without being too loud, plus it's pretty close to the feel on my MacBook Pro so takes less adjusting going from one to the other. Ease of use 10/10. Pairs effortlessly. Battery is decent. Charging is quick and can be done while using. Move to USB-C was great and should have happened YEARS ago. Is it a GREAT keyboard. No. It's ok. But I didn't buy it for any of the stuff above. The killer feature, and the one that makes the CRAZY price tolerable? TOUCH ID. I work with information that requires me to keep my data on a short leash security-wise. The ability to log-in quickly and securely with just a touch has been an absolute game-changer. TAKE MY MONEY

Expensive, but Touch-Id makes it a must-have.

A fairly ridiculous sum to pay for a keyboard, but touch-id is a total game changer. Touch-id combined with my 1Password app means I'm only a touch a way from all my passwords and secure info.
