Extremely solid construction. A little stiff getting it on the light, but locks in nicely. The spotting and flooding is a tad stiff as well, but loosened up with repetition. Excellent quality of light and easily matches the output of the reflector for my 300w COB Led light.

Got a couple of these and Bowens to Profoto adapters for the D2 head. Amazing super sharp edge shadows across the subject. The lenses seem to throw the light a lot further than a bare bulb. Only concern is the beam spread seems significantly reduced, probably due to the adapter/head, but if you have the room to back up, Awesome!

I bought one of these and when I saw what it does to my light, I bought another one. I missed my old Mole Richardson fresnel lights and what they could do so I was really happy to see what this lens attachment did to my LEDs. The increase in light gain makes it easier to run your LED's under full power which keeps the light from overheating. The lens also allows you to place the light further from your subject if necessary. The Bowens mount is a blessing. I can use these on lights other than my Aputure. I highly recommend this accessory particularly since the price is very reasonable.

Must have for Clar and Aputure 120 and 300D LED lights, because it actually doubles the lumen light output of those lights.

First off I am super happy this fits my Godox SL60W without an issue. I heard some people say this won’t fit on some lights because of the lens close to the mount. So I know this thing won’t fit my Xplor600, but it has no problem with my LED constant light. Fantastic light modification. Easy to focus. Basically no light spill. Glad I got this instead of wasting money on the cheaper non brand one.

At $ was concerned about the quality, but this guy is a solid lens for the 300dii. Well constructed and easy to turn the spot/flood wheel. Comes with a nice padded carrying case as well.

The build quality is really good. It did add a extra punch to my light that I needed. The fact that the Aputure 300D already is a quality light, this really made it a go to light for time when you need more to it.

This a great product. It is a noticeable improvement over the first version which I also own. It has nicer build quality, less light spill, and a better design for tightening the angle of your light. Definitely a worthy upgrade over the first version.

Pretty awesome. I do *kinda* wish zooming it in and out was a one-hand operation. I know some other fresnels have a knob on the side that you turn. That way you could adjust the zoom while also adjusting for tilting/panning of the light. Although that design wouldn't be as aesthetically pleasing as this completely circular design. . Super minor/nitpicky thing of course. I'm gonna attach a carabiner to the fresnel bag so it can easily attach and detach from the D-ring on the 120D bag.
