First of all this product is by far the best for under $800. Yeah I said $800. These guys rock and I own 4 sets. The sound and ambient background noise it picks up while bringing out your bass when shout casting is ideal and probably one of the better sounding broadcaster headsets out there. HOWEVER, I just can't see myself buying anymore when the gooseneck arm for the mic becomes way too loose too quick. It never stays up and slowly drops while talking. It then starts to squeak. If there was a way to fix/resolve this then I would give 5 stars all day long. I'm returning 3 of the 4 and hopefully they can fix or replace them or something because 3 of the 4 failed within 3 months.
