For the price, the Behringer pedal exceeds value and function. Very comparable to the other brands of Wahs that cost much more.

I spend more time negotiating the mechanics of this pedal than I do simply playing guitar. In the heel down position, the pedal turns off. This means that if you're paying more attention to your playing than the rocking motion of your foot, you'll get a very noticable bypass bump in your sound (the best way I can describe that sound). While there is a hidden control to alter the speed of the bypass, it's not enough to remove the function while playing. Also, the boost doesn't really work for me but that may have to do the name of the effect rather than what it actually does. Boost makes me think of an effect that makes you guitar shine while giving it some volume. Behringers boost just does volume. The sweep on the actual effect ( the reason I bought a wa wah in 1st place) was not all that wide. That said, while I plan to buy a cry baby at some point, this unit will by used on my current recordings as it's better than no wa wah at all.

It's a nice pedal Im satisfied with it i totally recomend it.
