Portable, but not enough volume.
I am a bass player. Used this on a few gigs place of the Behringer P1 and the Behringer MA400. Although it is extremely more portable, it has less volume than both of these.

Great IEM device!
Purchased this for our guitar player... I picked up a 'thin' XLR cable to attach to his guitar cable - so there wouldn't be an xtra cable 'dragging around'. This device works as advertised - some ambient noise but barely noticable. Has a detent at 12oclock- so 'blind' adjustment is good.
