Very loud

The TRUTH monitors sound about the same as others in the $ range. There are a lot of options in that range and I think any will be fine. However, I think the TRUTH monitor has a bit more power and will get very loud for a small home recording room (more power is better, even if the level is kept low). The overall design is nice and the cabinets are well built. I'm not a fan of the trend of bright red or yellow speakers so it's nice to see something solid black and unobtrusive. The green LEDs on the front are distracting but easily fixed with electrical tape. I'm actually not using these monitors for recording but for playing old video games! The sound is wonderful.
