Used BlueShape Rugged Field Production Power Station for 4 V-Lock 48V/28V/14V Batteries

Under the umbrella of advanced power solutions, the PWS-RUGGED Field Production Power Station stands out as a revolutionary member of the Power Station family, specifically engineered for on-location productions. This versatile device seamlessly integrates the power of up to four V-Lock batteries, transforming them into a singular, robust power source. It offers three distinct outputs across six XLR connectors, including two 14V XLR-4 pin, two 28V XLR-3 pin, and two 48V XLR-3 pin outputs.

While the 14V output is consistently available, the 28V and 48V outputs are interchangeable and can be easily selected by the user via a switch. For added convenience, the power station also features a dual USB outlet housed within the case, perfect for recharging smaller production equipment on the go.

Constructed within a lightweight, waterproof, and unbreakable case, the PWS-RUGGED Power Station is designed to withstand the rigors of field use. It features a double-hinged locking system and a soft grip handle for comfortable transport and secure storage.

The power station also boasts four independent 65W chargers. When connected to AC power, the installed batteries charge while the system continues to deliver DC power as needed. This feature allows the PWS-RUGGED to function as a powerful UPS system, ensuring that a sudden AC power cut will not affect the DC output, which remains sustained by the installed batteries.

The PWS-RUGGED embodies the BLUESHAPE power station concept, a system designed to consolidate the power of multiple V-lock batteries into a single, portable source that can deliver simultaneous dual voltage output. The six available outputs operate in parallel, sharing the available power input and delivering power simultaneously from all ports.

Thanks to its highly efficient internal electronics, which maintain over 92% efficiency when delivering higher loads, the system remains cool even after hours of operation, ensuring safe and prolonged system reliability.

Depending on the batteries installed, the quad system can supply power as follows: with four high drain BV batteries, it can deliver up to 340W on the 14V output and up to 560W on the 48V output. With four standard BV batteries, it can provide up to 280W on the 14V output and up to 480W on the 48V output.

The hot-swappable battery feature ensures constant power supply without interruption, even when a battery needs replacement. A display is provided to show each individual battery's state of charge and the actual power generated by the station, allowing for easy monitoring of the operation.
