great monopod

great useful monopod, lightweight to take anywhere. Sturdy enought to help support me when I need help getting up from being down on my knees. Steadys my shots great.

Bogen-Manfrotto Compact 4-Section Silver

it is a little heavy but i like the solid feel of it. i feel very confident about it holding my d80. i don't look foward to carrying it on an all day outing though
