Used Bose Bose QuietComfort Headphones, White Smoke

Bought a set to replace the 10-year old pair my son decided was his own. I've always loved the bass and dynamics of Bose sound whether audiophiles like it or not and have been devoted to Bose products for 25+ years, but something is different. There was a tinny sound and a weird buzz and despite all trouble-shooting, could not re-create what I had with my old set. The sound was distracting, annoying and gave me a headache after a couple of minutes. It could be that these were defective, but after trying some Sony's, the Bose product just seems inferior now. It was good for decades, but not sure if it's good enough anymore. Returned for refund and replaced with Sony's.

I bought the headphones, it was returned, and I'm still waiting for the refund so I can purchase again. I don't understand why you were able to take the money from my account immediately, but now the return is taking over two weeks.

I think this headset is ok! My issue is I only use it for the gym and I'm in the gym max 2 hours. I'll turn it off and turn it on and the battery is down by 10% each time. The battery does not last. The sound is great but unfortunately I will be returning this headset because of the battery.

Use it for working in a call center. Great quality sound and my voice is clear using the mic cord. I just wish I could buy another purple mic cord for a back up. I'm sure this one will wear out in a year from daily use.

Another Bose product to my collection and I only wish I bought these sooner. These are my first pair of headphones after many years of in-ear devices. Like any Bose product when you turn it on it tells you battery life and where it's connecting to - Love this feature, please keep it. Further I'm very pleased with physical buttons for controls on the headphones - exactly the amount you need and nothing more. They're all easy straight-forward buttons. Only complaint is in the wind you hear it loudly whistling/rustling into the headphones for some reason, on both quiet and aware modes. Oh well, doesn't bother me much. Sound quality is superior as always with Bose. If you really love music you need to treat yourself to high quality headphones.

I purchased this over three weeks ago and they have been on my head every minute since, even fell asleep in them. Simple to use simple directions product feels good. Looks good. Sounds good. Holds charge. What's not to like. Make the leap and a Bose headphones you won't regret it...

I bought these Bose Quiet Comfort headphones a few weeks ago and within hours of putting them on, had my wife try them and ordered a second pair for her. The sound quality is stellar and the silence deafening!??

I replaced my Ultra headphones with these. Both noise cancelling and phone calls work like the Ultra headphones but the sound quality of the Ultra's when listening to music is not nearly as good.

While I do love the headphones, I use them for listening to music. I did not realize, prior to purchasing, that they don't have control buttons that allow for skipping songs or repeating songs in my playlist. I also don't like that for some reason they don't remember all my devices (I have 3 devices), so that I'm always having to reconnect as I change devices, which is just kind of a pain. They should also work without having to use the Bose app - they should simply connect on their own via bluetooth. The sound quality is great and they are comfortable to wear. Hopefully future models will be upgraded. They are pricey, and as such, should be built with all these things.

I bought the item about 2 weeks ago now and I must say it's been everything I wanted they have replaced my Sony xm4s and what can I say??? Better quality better comfort and most importantly better price to performance ratio love these things only issue is that the app has software bugs that can effect the headphones like a little crackle when switching apps but that's the apps problem not these bad boys

I love these headphones. When I want to quietly listen to some smooth jazz these headphones takes me there. I also love the voice feature informing you the battery percentage and what devices are connected. With other headphones i had to keep connecting and figuring out what battery percentage was left

Good headphones. Not great but decent noise canceling. Immersive sound. Slightly heavy but I have back and neck issues and can't use earbuds due to ringing in the ears. The top pad does hurt my head after wearing for 45 minutes.I keep having to adjust where the pad rests when wearing for long periods of time.

I love these headsets. First super comfy. Second it was the simplest BT best connection ever. Third the app makes it easy to switch between sources so i keep my phone connected always and use the app on it to switch the second connection between my work laptop, my personal laptop, my gaming pc or the tv. I actually prefer these to the more expensive ones because the volume up and down is physical so i can feel them during a meeting or gaming.

I received an empty box that was ripped opened and re-taped and have called Bose and UPS both multiple times trying to get this problem resolved and neither have been helpful in any capacity. I will never buy from Bose again or any product that ships through UPS.
